I was not going to post a review as I absolutely hate public forums and the lack of personal privacy security in doing so. I am ONLY doing this -carefully- to show my support to this clinic and their amazing staff.

I am one of those patients who was not thrilled about needing CPAP therapy. The team works with me to improve my perception on this and I feel tremendously better on therapy!

Thank you to Sara who explains everything and encourages me to keep with it! Thank you to Diana who takes care of all of my beneifit hassles! Thank you to the manager ( forgot name - sorry!) who delivered my supplies to me when I couldn't make it into town and saved me courier fees to Cumberland.

These ladies and the others in the clinic, worth their behinds off for their patients!

I needed warranty work done on my CPAP that I can't live without and I live on Quadra Island. I couldn't get to the Campbell River or the Courtenay location to pick up a loaner for the weekend and drop off my CPAP that needed to be serviced. The ladies in the clinic were complete angels, working hard to find the best possible solution to help me. The end result was that they bundled everything together, coordinated times and then the manager went above and beyond to meet not just myself but also another patient at the Campbell River ferry terminal! Thru rain and wind, this clinic delivered optimal care! I have since heard other Quadra island residents mention similar appreciation for the patient care that Island CPAP has offered! They set the bar on care and service compared other clinics I have experienced!

The crew at Island CPAP is awesome; excellent service. Terri knows her job very well. I have been on a CPAP machine for 15+ years and she explained everything in great detail - best education I've ever had! Thank you to everyone in the office for such great service.

To anyone that may read this in future. "Rest easy and be patient, Island CPAP will get you to where you need to be". I was a long time complicated study, hopefully your journey will be much quicker. I found this company and their staff very patient, professional and reassuring. Yes there is always other "on line" resources but they won't offer you walk in quality service. A local company that wants to be and actually really is part of your wellness team gets my nod and 2 thumbs up!

I have been using Island CPAP since it was first open. Then owners changed and services went downhill.

On my last visit I brought my machine in as I was getting fitted with a new mask. I was hearing a problem with my new machine that I had purchased 6 months before.

Then I was told that they could not turn the machine off inside due to "covid". They offered to set up a table outside which is right by the highway and too noisy to hear any noises. Can you imagine a place that says they offer all these services and that is why you should purchase from them and not buy online.

Well apparently one of these "services" from a CPAP provider will not turn your machine on to hear the problem. Then another one of these services is to fill in your remittance forms to your health service provider. Well it has been over 10 days now and that "service" has still not been done.

I am not sure what the new owners think services are that they describe as I certainly have seen none.

I do not recommend using Island CPAP and I am done going there.

I would like to thank Mike and the Island CPAP group for their amazing service! My experience with Island CPAP has been wonderful. They are quick, efficient, and make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. So thank you CPAP team, I am so impressed, I wish the whole medical system was as pleasant to deal with.

Island CPAP's attention to customer service was absolutely superb, as was Sarah's (respiratory therapist) clinical competence and interpersonal style.
I was most impressed throughout the trial process, including Island CPAP direct billing my insurance provider.

WOW Outstanding service, after hit and miss service for 7 years we found Island CPAP educational and informative. Accolades to Terri. Above and beyond the call of duty.
First appointment was WOW 2nd appointment last Thursday we were completely blown away. In just over half an hour my husband came out with a new machine. Terri had already contacted Blue Cross and they sent us the amounts they would cover, Island CPAP bought back his old machine and Terri submitted the forms back to Blue Cross. We owed nothing! These days one never leaves without a fee of some kind even a small one. We were stunned. Thank you Terri and Island CPAP. OUTSTANDING!
