It's always nice to leave the dentist feeling grateful and happy and pain free! Thought I had some new chips in my teeth. But nothing to be concerned about. No cavity and no filling required. So that was good to hear! I really appreciate all the staff. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job to make us patients feel comfortable!

The whole team at Courtenay Dental Health are lovely. When we first moved to the Valley we didn’t know anyone who could recommend a dental office to us. My son, husband, and I all love the team from the front staff to the dentists & hygienists. They are always willing to help, friendly, kind, and extremely punctual. As a family, we also truly appreciate that our dentists are connected to The EndoPerio Group, so if more intense work is needed, the specialists are right across the hall. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I can't say enough!! Excellence across the board in professionalism, friendliness, how they make me feel comfortable, how considerate and accommodating they are, not to mention how innovative and on top of the dental knowledge they are. Every single person there is kind and very considerate and cognitive of their patients feelings, explaining every procedure, and, as a child, I had very BAD experiences with dentists, so I used to be very fearful. I'm not with them. And that's made such a difference! A huge THANK YOU to all of you! Highly and always recommend!

about my granddaughter's bills. I am so happy to deal with Corrine, so friendly and helpful and she sends out dental estimates, appointment reminders and the bills after treatments. She is very efficient
at her job. More power to Corrine.

If I could give negative stars I would. They have turned out to be the absolute worst dental office I have ever been to. After getting my teeth cleaned they hurt for 2 days. I had a filling done at $450.00, 2 weeks later it fell out then the side of my tooth fell off, they had the audacity to say it was my fault and there would be no warranty and now needed a crown. I told them before the filling I should have a crown. The day I got the filling they were running behind and it felt rushed. I'm not surprised it fell out. One of the women out front Danielle is a nightmare to deal with, she doesn't listen to you and gets annoyed when you ask questions or disagree with her. She forgets to submit authorization to dental plans, then when you inquire because you haven't heard anything in a month, she get annoyed tries to flip it on you claiming we didn't give the plan info. They have had the info for a long time. Don't go here. Run far run fast.

Courtenay Dental Health & Implant Centre has always had a great family feel to it. They always tailor to individual needs because let’s face it we all react differently to dentistry. I have always been appreciative of their approach in this regard. They will send reminders to keep you up to date with appointments and have a wonderful front desk staff to pair with their A-team of dental hygienists. I recommend them all the time to my customers and friends and they all come back and thank me for the recommendation.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist's office now. Wait times are negligible. Staff are all very friendly, efficient and competent. A special shout out to Nicole , my newest hygienist. She's fabulous.
