An issue I was having with my CPAP unit was resolved quickly and efficiently by Pacific Sleep Care in Courtenay. Brieanna at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, charged me nothing for her assistance and even included a complimentary power cord. A great local business well deserving of support!

I spent $2700 on a mouthpiece / appliance for my sleep apnea. At first, the appointments went smoothly and things progressed quickly and I paid the bill in full. That's when the customer service stopped. I had TWO separate major problems. Each time, I called and explained what the problem was (both times I was in quite a bit of pain) only to be told that they would "get back to me". And then absolutely nothing... After 6 weeks I'd call again... And same thing. Both issues I had to figure out on my own, and I have no idea if what I did was right. I finally switched companies because I continue to suffer from the symptoms of my apnea. Oh.... And now they've called to "see how I'm doing" 4 months later... Too late, but hey, you've got my money so I guess all is good for you guys.
Edit to response of owner: yes, you contacted me in February... My issues/ incidents happened in October and beginning of December....like I said, way too late

Im very unhappy with PSCC. I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere. I was a client for over 8 years. In the beginning, they were quite amazing to work with and were quite polite. But, recently, they have gotten new staff and some are quite rude. I'm on long term disability, so, I have to get pre-approval to receive any new parts or a cpap replacement. Ive never had any issues regarding my yearly renewal parts in the past but for some reason, now that I need a new machine, here it is 2 months later and I still haven't gotten a new one. After speaking to a lady with an attitude answering the phone, she told me, they already sent in the request and I have to wait for the ministry to approve my request. Like I said, this was almost 2 months ago and Im still waiting, so I called a couple times getting the same attitude over and over. So, I was speaking with a rep two days ago at the ministry and they told me there was no request put in for me for a replacement machine. I then called PSCC and I tell them this, and the lady again said there was nothing they could do as they already put in the request and I have to wait even though im telling her, there was no request at the ministry. So, here we are, a back and forth and a case of he said she said and I'm stuck in the middle still waiting for a machine. We are currently staying at a hotel across the street from their office for a different matter. So, I decided to go into the office and try to rectify the matter in person. I was speaking to a lady at the front desk who was quite polite and I was explaining what was happening. Then, this rude lady came out with the same attitude who was listening to me talk to the other lady and said they tried multiple times to contact the ministry and that they were still waiting. Because of her attitude, I told her I didn't want to speak to her and she needed to work on her attitude. She got upset and started whining and then talking to her manager. I asked to speak to this Manager and I was explaining my issue to her regarding her worker and the manager did not like the tone of my voice. She disagreed with my explanation and told me to calm down, so I told her I'm taking my business elsewhere. As I was walking out the door (my back to her), the manager "yelled" at me, "go ahead".

Horrible staff, waisted my time traveling half an hour to get there only to sit in smallest lobby (talking a hallway with 3 chairs) and wait for half an hour to talk to someone other then front desk clerk when I'm a client of theirs. When I finally got to see someone they asked me 3 questions they could have done over the phone just to send me away. Was promised they would send me replacement filters for my machine in a few months time that was 3 years ago and I'm still having to clean and use my old filter because no one else in town sells them. And now after ignoring the please come in for a visit on my machine it's magically stopped working... how convenient. And yes they can control the machine remotely as they've done this in the past for my to lower the air pressure so keep that in mind next time you sleep that your life is literally in someone else's hands when you sleep.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now! I love the service and I find the girls to be vibrant and friendly. I recently had to replace my nose piece and I just walked in and was able to get a replacement no problem! Took 5 mins!

Was really excited to get my oral appliance from the place. My oral appliance is awesome. Regular check ins from doctor. Overall great place and amazing staff. Will highly recommend for your sleep apnea issues.

These guys have taken really good care of me, having serious sleep/breathing issues can be scary at times, knowing a local company has your back means the world to me. 6/5 stars!
