Although people will have a different experience, I wanted to share the most incredible feelings I experienced while taking in my very first sound bath with Layla @ Elememta Lapothekary, let me set it up, the beautiful scent, dimmed lights, weighted blanket, heat & fans,closing my eyes and letting myself be taken in by it all. The incredible beautiful, sounds & vibrations of the crystal bowls,the drum,the chimes, the smaller bowls, at 1 point I literally couldn’t feel my body I was so relaxed, and it was like I could feel any bad juju ( for lack of a better term at the moment) leaving my body thru my chest ( chakra), it was one of the most intense feelings I’ve ever experienced. I’m definitely going to be going back!!
Definitely worth checking this out, & I’m looking forward to trying a few more of your amazing services.

Cozy and professional treatment rooms. Unique treatment mixing healing sound frequencies with traditional spa treatments. my personal favourite are the singing bowls and chimes,
you can really feel balance and energized after a session!
