I am so satisfied with the bedside manner of Dr. BASCOM. She answered all my questions, was very respectful and pleasant.
She removed an 8mm stone 2yrs ago and she was meticulous . I won't worry this time when I go back to have a 5mm stone removed...

Dr Tinmouth is an incredible Doctor and human. He handled my first procedure with care and talk to distract me from what was happening! It was painless and actually pleasant. A rare find! He sensed my anxiety and got a procedure done on the same day that was originally going to take 2 to 3 weeks . Jane , the nurse, performing the procedure was incredible. She took her time explaining everything along the way and could not of been nicer! The front line group as you walk in were the same. True leadership trickles down both good or bad! Fortunately for me it was all good! Thank you Dr. Tinmouth for creating a culture that thrives on EMPATHY!

Despite what Mitch Galbreth has to say, I found exactly the opposite in my own experience. The level of care I received, the kindness and prompt professional attitude were completely above reproach. There is a group of receptionists that answer the phones promptly during the prescribed hours. North Island Urology are a wonderful team that have saved me a world of misery. I am forever grateful!

Five years ago I was treated for bladder cancer by Dr. Zorn. I have been cancer free for these five years. I have since moved and as my new urologist said: "You had an excellent surgeon." Thank you Dr. Zorn

It is amazing how little this place cares about their patients. My fiancé and I call at least twice a week begging for them to help us and they wont. They miss appointments. Tell us they will call us and never do. Don't have a receptionist that answers the phone so they have to call us back later. If you care about your health you should do anything possible to avoid this place. My fiancé can literally be crying on the phone and begging for help and the doctor cant handle a simple 5 minute phone call. We need a referral to a Nephrologist and they just drag their feet. Our problem started in March. It is now November and the farthest they have gotten to helping her is having her leave a pee test at a lab. They continually give us the run around. I do not know if they have something against us in particular or just do not care about all of their patients.

I have been dealing with this clinic for over a year now and just can't figure it out. What medical clinic doesn't answer their phones after 12:30?! And I can't get my Urologist to call because I can't leave a message I even had to wait 17 days a year ago for a result which was sitting in my file but no one bothered to contact me....to tell me I had cancer. The waiting was the worst part... The staff needs the proper training. I understand it's not their fault Unbelievable!!!!!
