He will over prescribe you medication without thought- after 8 years, he cut my ADHD meds without even allowing me to taper down, as he thinks himself to be a *physical and psychological doctor. He Attempted to perscribe me heavy mood alertering drugs without cause (my issues where physical ailments he was trying to perscribe psych meds for- prozac ((I was iron deficient not depressed))
and risperidone ((my issues are legit dermatology related, I am not delusional)) ) He lied about the drugs he tried to prescribe, their addictive properties and the realities of getting off of them when needed (I did not take the drugs, as I knew what they were but, in my appointment I asked Q's as if I didn't to guage the depth of his honesty/knowledge, or lack there of as I learned) .
***He is dangerous. Please be cautious and if you accept his prescription, do some research so you can decide if it's actually the best route for you.
Yes, I will be in contact with BCPA, to report the now many concerns regarding Barber's lack of ethics in his practice and prescribing methods.

I got the diagnosis I needed, along with plainly stated and simple information. No misdirections or sales pitches. Changed my life in 1 visit.
Also cheers to the receptionist, she was very kind.
They let me bring my husband to the meeting with me for moral support, making me much more comfortable. They allow support pets and family.

I saw this doctor several years ago for a non-diagnosis. I was looking for a neurodivergent diagnosis and he interrupted me less than 20 minutes into talking with him, did absolutely NO testing or actual diagnosing, and gave me a diagnosis that was NOT a diagnosis at all. He was rude, condescending, and has no clue how neurodivergent traits manifest in people assigned female at birth. Do not go to see this doctor! I guess those who get a passing grade in medical school still get the term "doctor."

Would rather commit suicide than see this freak again. See anyone else. He has crazy eyes, greasy unkempt hair and the knowledge of a high schooler that just read a psychology textbook. He definitely bribed someone to get his certification. Any positive review on this man was written with a gun pointed at their head.
