Highly recommend. I have been dreading going to a dentist for years as I didn't take very good care of myself. The folks at down town dental made me feel comfortable and got right to fixing me up.

Dental coverage makes a difference in the way people are treated ! Haven’t had the issue addressed I went in for . No call backs I , ended up with a cleaning . Was offered cosmetic services that’s cost extra and was not informed of it. Glad I asked first . An advisory on a tooth that doesn’t bother me that they want to work on . Lots of gum measurements that took forever today with many of back teeth missing is odd when I plan for false teeth . Soaking up my minimal dental coverage unnecessarily with time spent . Front desk people not that friendly probably due to my minimal coverage and questioning them . No call back again! . No idea what they’re doing at front desk both visits . Had to leave with out any info on my teeth I went in for . Broken filling .

So happy I made the switch to Downtown Dental! The staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and appear very happy in their jobs. Dr. Watson took the time to thoroughly explain my dental issue and discuss my treatment options. I truly feel my dental health is in excellent hands now 🙂 highly recommend!

I've was going to this office for over 20 years, every 6 months. Then when I had a real problem, the dentist didn't even know I was even a patient there. I was asked when's the last time you saw a dentist. OUCH that hurts, so much for being a loyal customer. It's taking me 7 months and a lot of pain 💔 to post this.

Very poor customer service. Charged for less than 48 hours to cancel an appointment but they filled the spot… so they aren’t losing any money but still want to charge. That to me is just taking advantage of the client. Girls were completely unwilling to compromise and were quite rude about it just saying again and again it’s policy. The attitude of the girls at the front has kept me from ever using them again.

I'm new to the area and reached out to a couple of local dentists about their services and pricing. Downtown Dental Centre was by far the most helpful and friendly (others acted a bit standoffish after finding out I was uninsured, or so it seemed to me). I had x-rays, cleaning, and exam, and everything was great — very clear communication about my options throughout, as well as a referral to a local specialist for a gum issue I've had for a while. Happy to come back here for future dental needs! 🙂

I highly recommend this dental centre. I have struggled with social and medical anxieties my whole life due to my Asperger's/ASD. I was able to be completely relaxed and comfortable. Everyone made sure i was doing well and explained everything in great detail so i was able to put my mind at ease. On top of that the incredible skills of dentistry were fast and amazingly well done. Thanky you so much for everything!
