Had a great experience here with the help of Shiromi! She was able to help me with a design, product and colour selection, and the fabrication all on a quick timeline before a team member was leaving. She was great at making suggestions for the design that I would have overlooked. Their prices are great and we were all super happy with how our sweaters turned out. 🙂

We were late getting an order in for a trophy to use in a hockey game fundraiser for the Chase Dry Grads. Terry Trophy & Awards were able to come through for us with a rush job. They not only did incredible work, they were able to make a last minute change without issue and had all the materials on hand to ensure the trophy can be passed down for future grads to use for 15+ years.

They were easy to work with and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I highly recommend their work!

Jenna and the team did an amazing job! I was a first time customer and the customer service was a “10” from the moment I walked in until I picked up my items. I had them upload my business logo and ordered embroidery on company hats, toques and vests. Jenna was such a pleasant and fun personality!! I’m already on to my second order! Great job everyone!
