Absolute worst company! Do not purchase from them. Took $2000 and never were able to give us our canopy. We have since moved and are yet to receive a refund. Do not ever answer or return calls when they say they will. This is robbery.

We put a deposit down in April and were promised the latest time for our canopy to be installed would be 5 weeks after. 5 weeks came and went. We ended up postponing our move by 3 weeks in hopes that they would fulfill their promise. They never called us back when they said that they would. We have yet to receive a refund for the deposit, which they have promised multiple times. Now they don’t answer the phone and seem to be planning to keep the deposit after being unable to provide us with our canopy.

Bought our canopy here about three years ago and the service was great at that time but since then I have had some issues with my canopy. I have no problem paying for the items that I need but they don’t seem to support there products. Was basically told yea sorry can’t get you parts. Went to Cap-it had OEM parts for my canopy in under a week. Very disappointed definitely not going there again, even if they are cheaper. Cheaper definitely doesn’t mean better especially in customer service.

Went to Canopy West on the recommendation of a buddy and was not disappointed. Tanner is awesome and very helpful. I've had the canopy for a year now and I'm very happy with it. It was a good price, it was delivered fast, and Tanner's guys did a great job installing it. Great shop; definitely recommend them.

Went in looking for winter tires and rims. Tanner and Stuart were awesome with showing me many different options, telling me everything i needed to know about the tires, and finding what was right for my needs. Their prices are great too!
Knowledgeable and super friendly guys that are awesome to just sit and chat with! They aren't the guys to get you in and out as fast as they can like the really big chain stores. They will take the time to figure out what's right for you!

Stopped in to get a look at what Canopies were available for my new Tacoma. Was planning on making a trip to Summerland and picking one up myself. Tanner and his crew were able to save me a trip, find a canopy that better met my needs, and get it at a great price. Shop is very nice and full of stuff, lots of wheels to look at, and if it's not there Tanner can find it. Install was clean and super easy. Canopy looks great and is locally made (in BC).
