I bought two deep cycle 6 volt batteries from this company for my solar system and they are garbage.
They do not hold a full charge. I believe they sold me old batteries and flogged them off as new batteries charging me full price.
And they do NOT rebuild batteries either.

Probably the worst batteries and warranty I've ever seen. Batteries didn't last 2 years, came over flooded. 2 completely died. They claim best warranty in the business yet they did nothing for our 3 VERY expensive batteries . They are closed on the weekends, the only time I can deal with them. Costco Energizer AGM offer 100% replacement for 60 months. Canadian energy only offered 18 months. Would like our money back the Kelowna office had our cores but can't even reach them to discuss as they are closed weekends. It's not the 80s, you should be open Saturdays at least.

I purchased a battery here for my SUV and had it installed inexpensively across the street. Excellent customer service at Canadian Energy Kamloops. Took about 15 minutes for the swap at Jiffy Lube with no appointment. Battery purchase and installation was a lot less money than a big box store wanted. I highly recommend this business.

Ordered my golf cart batteries, had an issue when I went to pick them up with only 3 of the 4 being available....long story short, these guys went WAY above and beyond to fix the "issue"...cannot say enough GOOD things about the customer service we received! If you are in search of batteries, this is the place that I recommend!!!! Thank You Canadian Energy, in a time when customer service always seems to be an afterthought, you guys definitely take it seriously!!!

I brought in a skid steer battery to see if it was able to be recharged since my trickle charger was unable to charge it. They put my battery on their charger overnight and called me the next day to tell me it was fully charged. No cost!

Cant day enough good things about these guys! Needed a battery for my motorcycle. Came in way cheaper than anyone else in kamloops and they were excellent to deal with.

I had purchased a battery from Canadian Energy a number of years ago and it required replacement. The employee told me I may still have warranty on the battery. Even though I had lost my receipt and the purchase date was not clear, Canadian Energy replaced the battery under warranty. Excellent service and I will not hesitate to return.

Service above and beyond. We needed a marine battery and tried Canadian Tire first, but they wouldn't provide curbside service (citing paperwork issues), so we phoned Canadian Energy. They were friendly, incredibly helpful, and gave us a better price. And they had no problem with curbside service for my at risk (for Covid 19) husband. Thank-you Ian!
