After waiting for a month for my order I was told that an item was no longer available. After that I had to follow up 11 times to get responses from urban barn customer services on where the remainder of my order was and when it would be available for pick up. I used to be a die hard urban barn fan, and now I’m questioning ever ordering from them again.

Purchasing multiple pieces following a home renovation. Though we have not received any of the pieces yet to evaluate the quality or look, the service we were given from Julie was helpful, patient, and kind. It is a busy time of year for the staff and Julie was remarkable in finding the space within herself to treat us with respect. Thank you!

The customer service was excellent - I was acknowledged on entrance and checked in on, without feeling watched or hounded. This particular UB has great selection, and loads of sneaky sale items. Worth a good peek, be prepared to walk out with some goodies.

I went with a friend to buy a sofa. We were there like 20 mins looking, taking measurements, and waiting for some sales person. After a couple more minutes we realized that the people in the stores were workers (I thought they were clients)and didn’t even say hello to us. Owner and employees same attitude. They just ignored us the whole time, but they did talk to white people. Don’t bother to go there if you are not white.

We bought a couch and the sales staff were fine. The delivery people were rude and obnoxious. So much so that we told them to take the couch back and we cancelled the purchase. They refused to bring the couch inside or remove it from the carton. Urban barn has lost our business forever.

We had a really positive customer experience at the Kamloops store. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My only criticism, and I feel for the staff at this store for having to deal with this situation, is there is a noticeable shortage of stock in the store. I would have purchased more candles, in particular, if they had been in stock.

It was my first Urban Barn experience, having been encouraged by my daughter, who is a big fan of your products, to take a look around. Ty, who helped us, was lovely. So patient and understanding of my needs. I am looking forward to receiving my new couch sometime in November. Carol
