Booked an appointment for today for a consult and botox/ lip dissolve as well as addressing some other concerns I had. The moment I walked into to this stylish and clean clinic I was met with professionalism, competence and a good attitude from staff.

The nurse ( i’m sorry i forgot her name, but she was amazing) took some before photos, got me ready for Dr. Lotay. She was really kind and had a great sense of humour- felt like I wasn’t judged for my concerns on my face and my botched lips

Dr Lotay was thorough, knowledgable and professional. I really like her approach. She also encourages a more natural looking outcome which I really appreciate and gets you to make sure you take some time to think before undergoing an aesthetic procedure. Collectively we came to a plan for my face to achieve natural looking facial profile balancing, dissolving and refilling old filler and a skin health plan.

My treatments went smooth with some minor swelling as can happen (it’s very normal). I cannot wait to see the results as they will take some time. I am confident I’ve come to the right place and. It’s can be a bit of an investment depending on what your treatment goals are but honestly worth every penny to restore my confidence as I age and with some of my insecurities that I’ve had for several years. So happy to have found this clinic with a lovely group of ladies!!
