Staff at this “care” facility need to take some courses on compassion. Angelina, the coordinator being at the top of that list. Our family asked if my grandmother, who is at the end of her life, could be moved to another room to allow more comfortability for my 90 year old grandfather who spends his entire days here, as well as my aunt who sleeps here every night. Angelina came in with an extremely unwelcoming attitude and said “that’s not something we do”. When asked the reasons behind that, her first response was “because we just don’t” and when asked to be explained the reason behind that she said “that’s too much work for the staff”. Her further comments were cold and rude and quite shocking considering the line of work she is in - dealing with grieving families.

It’s a joke that they have signs posted throughout saying abusive behaviour will not be tolerated…well I can tell you if this is how staff here treats residents/families I can certainly see why they would be given that treatment in return.

Angelina, you are a pathetic excuse of what a grieving family should be dealing with and karma will come your way.

My friend is very happy at overlanders it is a lovely place. All the green grass lawns. Trees. Flowers. The many deer HE says the food is goodwhich is nice to hear really enjoyed my visit there on Friday for my friends bday

Patient was checked in with a wallet and personal identification and after her passing funny how they all disappeared and family wasn’t returned any identification or wallet.and claims she donated all her clothes also. How can an establishment like this still be in business?

My mom is in there and I feel she is not treated good at all...she gets sandwiches and stewed tomatoes for dinner while others get meat potato and vegetables she asks for ice and water waits hours to receive it...asks to go bathroom waits hrs to go.
