Left the appointment feeling my concerns had been heard and that my practitioner cared about my experience. Holistic view of health care, with a collaborative approach to treatment planning. Happy to discuss any queries I had at a level appropriate to my understanding. Obviously this was a paid consultation, and as such I didn’t feel rushed, there was time to hear all my concerns, which were validated and not simply brushed off as a normal part of the aging process. Unlike when visiting my GP, I feel empowered to implement a plan to ensure my health and emotional wellbeing.

Very good experience going here a few times, plus a couple of telephonic visits. Was able to get some tests you can't easily get through the medical system. As well, I could keep all the results for future reference. Maybe a better communication from office to doc is needed. Twice I had a telephone visit booked and both times the doctor didn't know it was a telephone visit; the first time there wasn't enough time for the doctor to talk as he thought I was late for an in-person visit. The second time, I had only a short 15 minutes to talk to him for the same reason, and the office later desired to charge me for a full visit but I was able to explain the circumstance and they changed it to a short visit charge. The naturopath Bostock was pleasant and helpful and smart, and I really recommend him for women's natural health care. He gave me highly appreciated advice (unrelated to the visit) on how to help myself during a bad corona infection, and I felt almost entirely better in just 3 or 4 days, taking simple OTC supplements.

Hormone balancing and perimenopause help.
I was feeling unwell for a year and had put on a lot of weight, hair loss and other symptoms - had no energy to train or run and was always tired - my healthy diet had not changed. I had severe pelvic pain each month.
I saw Drs for almost a year and test after test including ultrasounds.
Antidepressants was the recommended treatment for my symptoms
from other Drs. Hormone balancing /peri menopause/ stress. I am so happy and grateful that I was introduced to bio identical hormones, correct nutrition for hormone balancing and the time Dr Bostock spent with me. He is now part of my health care team.
