This was my First time using Westshore Massage Therapy and it was a Great experience... The Location was easy to access with lots of very friendly staff. The online booking was very easy and efficient!

Allison Wade was my therapist and she is a Very Good Therapist....She knows her stuff and understands what needs to be done to relax tensed up tight muscles... I came out with my muscles feeling much loser.
I will definitely continue on with treatments at this location.

I had an appointment with Allison today and she is amazing. I have fibromyalgia so have been apprehensive to have massage but she is very knowledgeable and used the right techniques/pressure to ease my pain. She is also a very kind and welcoming person. Great experience.

Hummed and hawed about writing this but it needs to be said, the staff seems lovely enough over the phone as I haven’t been able to go in but their website is broken. I booked an appointment for Saturday July 12, I received a call on Sunday July 6 saying I missed my appointment and that I would have to pay in full (I do understand why) and I fully owned up to is as my mistake but after thinking about it for awhile I swore I booked for the 12th.

Once I got home from work I asked my girlfriend who helped me book the appointment if I booked it for the 6th. Needless to say I finally figured out what happened thanks to trying to rebook, when I pressed on a date, the website goes white for a second and changes the date.

I’m now $130 dollars in the hole thanks to technology/their website, nothing against the workers but to a broke college kid $130 is a lot of money. Side note why the hell would I book an appointment for 1 pm on a Sunday when I have work. Anyways yea I’m a little choked.

I have been a regular client of this establishment for almost 20 years. The principals are well known in the community as professional, ethical, considerate, and charitable. All therapists have the upmost respect for the client; the client’s well being and comfort is paramount during treatments. I cannot imagine the “baby scene” as described, being remotely plausible.
