I feel as though they are ripping people off. I am on a antodepressant that I have to have special authorization for via pharmacare. They claimed that their computer didn't say I was covered. When I called Pharmacare and spoke with them they told me they could see that my prescription was filled and billed to them and I should not owe anything (she even checked the din/bin number). They also told me not to pay the minute amount that the pharmacy was trying to charge me as my income level was low enough I should not be paying a cent for it. I called the Pharmacy back and relayed this to the male staff member (I think he is the pharmacist there) and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and explained I had a deductable. I told him that my deductable was 0 because of my income level which he proceeded to try and refute. He then called pharmacare and called me back and said they had to order in a different brand for it to be covered (which is also a lie as pharmacare said the one waiting for me was covered and ready). He also told me to fill it 10 days ahead next time so it csn be ordered ready and to make sure I TELL THEM to fill the same brand for it to be covered going forward. I had to take my last does of meds for two days at a half dose to last while this "other brand" was ordered. What kind of BS is this? It sounds like they are breaking rules and laws and trying to profit off low income individuals who don't have the money to spare but need access to their medications. If I knew where to report them for this kind of thing, I would gladly do so.

I have had several frustrating experiences with this pharmacy. Every time I call to check if my prescription is ready, the staff seems unsure of what I’m asking for. This usually results in being put on hold for about 15 to 20 minutes. When they finally return to the line, they often sound irritated, making the entire process quite unpleasant. Also, there is a bit of a language barrier sometimes with different staff.

The customer service here is extremely disappointing—I would rate it one out of five stars. Additionally, the hold music is excessively loud and irritating, which only adds to the frustration. It would be a significant improvement if they could implement a system to notify customers when their prescriptions are ready for pickup, rather than making us go through such a cumbersome and unpleasant process.

Overall, dealing with this pharmacy has become very difficult, and I hope they make some changes to improve their customer service and communication.

Service has gone down hill so bad. Some great staff there but also, some darn cranky & not helpful at all, staff. I will be switching my prescriptions elsewhere to a more personalized pharmacy near by.

Literally the worst place to go tells you to come in on a certain day when prescriptions will be ready then proceed not to have them

Horrible service! My doctor sent my prescription 3 weeks prior and when I went to pick them I was told they’re not ready they were not filled when ordered and I should come back in 4 days. I told A*i the pharmacist it’s not my fault it wasn’t filled he said it wasn’t his fault either. He said to come back and he will see if he can fill them he was closing in one hour. I returned in an hour he grabbed the two bottles of medication slammed the first on the table and said very loudly “this is your( name of the med) and this is your @@@ “. put them in a bag and walked away ( I have 2 insurance and medications were covered) Pharmacies makes lots of money from customers they shouldn't act like they’re doing you a favour. This man is so unprofessional and beyond rude and no privacy or respect for customers. I suggest you take your business elsewhere, I definitely will.

This pharmacy delivers very poor service. " We will call you as soon as it is in " actual means " We will not be calling you, ever ". A 24 hr turnaround is common for MSP prescriptions or 45 - 60 min. wait if in stock. An hour to count out 15 - 25 pills is third world customer service in a first class medical system.

After being told to return in 40 minutes which I did, standing in line yet again, then asked for the prescription I was told would be ready. She grunted something about "the pharmacist has to check it" as if I should have known better.

She began serving other people what were in line behind me - completely ignoring me. I asked what it meant. She ignored me. I walked away humiliated and they kept the prescription that I'd gotten from the doctor. I tried talking to the woman who I gave the prescription to. She said there was nothing she could do about it that I'd have to talk to the woman who refused to talk to me and just started serving the next people. No explanation from her whatsoever about what I should do or what to expect.

I went home and don't really know what the hell to do now. Seems like elder abuse to me as now I have to go back to the doctor to get another prescription to find an pharmacy that'll help me. He's going to think I'm trying to get more drugs than I'm entitled to. It didn't used to be that the pharmacists could get away with this kind of tom foolery.
