Great experience, Chris and Vlad showed up when they were scheduled, everything was installed quite quickly and when I arrived back home after installation there was no mess to be to be seen. The unit blends well in my living room, is extremely quiet and love that it can be controlled with an app on my phone. Highly recommend!

Awesome service. The team was on time and very polite. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the site cleaned and tidied up. I hadn’t moved any furniture or obstructions out of the way prior to them arriving…they were so nice and never complained, just stepped in and helped. Both James H and Will were professional and quick with the heat pump installation. It only took one day to put in two outlets in my house on Salt Spring Island and they even cleaned up afterwards. We had our heat pumps installed last weekend and they work great! They were reasonably priced and the installation process only took a couple of days.
