I had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. Dr. Benjamin Inglis was personable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I can't say enough good things about Hannah! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for Hannah took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout everything. Her expertise and kindness truly set her apart. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their eye health. I highly recommend her to anyone!!

Excellent service, the staff makes you feel important 😄 Very knowledgeable in going over the different options of products and glasses. One downer, I had something black stuck between two of my front teeth, I was thinking, I wish they had of said something? However soon realized, it looked like cavities that were rotting badly and I totally let them off the hook. (Very embarrassing, but funny) 🤣🤣🤣

I am so appreciative of the service I received at FYidoctors. My nose piece broke on my eye glasses I purchased there six years prior with 2 weeks before leaving on vacation. They used a spare part from another pair of glasses to repair it within 30 minutes with no charge. THANK YOU

Met a new Doc ( for me) and he was pleasant and thorough. The gal at the front desk is friendly and welcomes you in. I felt very well looked after and felt zero pressure when purchasing the glasses I was able to afford.

The customer service at this office is fantastic. I have been going here for almost ten years and have always had good experiences. They have helped me with various glasses that needed fixing or adjusting and really took care of me a few months ago when I thought I had something terrible wrong with my eyes. Turned out they were really dry but I was scared and they were super understanding. Highly recommend!

the exam process was on time, efficient and super friendly eye exam man ( Sorry - forgot your name) . Dr.Benjamin Inglis was patient, knowledgeable , kind and thorough . He explained about the eye exam results, I am grateful and feel content about the eye exams. Nicki was patient with my questions and was helpful and kind. The whole experience was 1.5 hours which was a bit long as I had another appt. Everyone seemed genuine.
