I’ve been a loyal client to Urban Legends for 10 years now and I love this spa! Emily has been my go-to aesthetician for lashes and eyebrows and she does a fantastic job and is just a lovely lady. Over the years I’ve had different treatments and the rest of the ladies are equally friendly and awesome and I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

Urban Legends is a treasure. Not only can you get your hair done beautifully by a stylist who keeps up on trends and product knowledge (Thanks to Jessica!! She’s amazing)…
But you can get a number of esthetic treatments done up to and including Botox and filler by some of the best in the business. Nurse Becky trains injectionists all over North America! I drive from a town North of Nanaimo to visit this location and the drive is worth it for the expertise housed here!

Im just visiting in Chemainus from out of province for a few weeks, but too impatient to wait til I got back home for a change I was desperatly ready for. I lucked out and got in on a next day cancellation opening for a long to short haircut. Jessica was my stylist and I couldn't be happier with the service and results! She was patient, listening to what I wanted and took her time explaining details of what she was doing and why, along with additional styling suggestions to change it up if I wanted. I am so happy with my new look! I got exactly what I wanted. 5 out of 5 star rating for this beautiful little salon and most of all to Jessica! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I’ve been to Urban Legends many times and I’ve always had a fantastic experience. Great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, skilled service personnel, and affordable prices. Just recently got my haircut by Lorraine and she went above and beyond and accomplished exactly what I was looking for! Also had great experiences getting various waxing procedures done by Caiden, and a lash lift and tint by Taylor. Definitely a place I will keep coming back to again and again!
