This family owned pharmacy is outstanding. I especially appreciate Bobs incredible customer service. He and his associates always make sure they provide me and my family with the highest quality service and expertise. When I can’t get an appointment to speak with my family doctor, Bobs team of online doctors are readily available for any needs.

I can not recommend Surlang pharmacy more. Meeting the owner Bob has been such a relief. He is so kind and knowledgeable about hormones and was the first medical professional to fully listen and sympathize with all my symptoms. He made me feel secure and confident that I can feel better. I started using Surlang Pharmacy a few months ago and I'm so happy that I did. I'm horrible with organizing my prescriptions and all the pharmacists have been so helpful and accommodating. Extremely pleasant on the phone and in person. Picking up prescriptions isn't always a fun thing to do, but when you are greeted with a smile, they make it a pleasant experience. I started going to this pharmacy to pick up a compound that my parent needed. I received great service and this is where I met Bob. He was personable, knowledgeable and friendly ! I decided to try this pharmacy out and transferred all of my prescriptions over. I don’t ever recall getting such good service where they even call at night when they are closed to educate me on my prescription ! Now my whole family goes here now for all prescriptions ! Way better than any large chain pharmacy. The team at SURLANG is fantastic and I highly recommend !

By far the quickest pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and always on top of things. I’m usually in and out with my prescription in hand in under 10 minutes. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and that’s exactly why I keep going back. Highly recommend for anyone who values fast, reliable service!

I've been dealing with Surlang Pharmacy since 2012 when we were living in Surrey. The service was so good that we continued with them since moving to Vancouver Island 8 years ago. I'm on several cancer related medications and they're shipped over to me within a couple of days of them receiving my refill requests. Bob, Sunny and the rest of the team are excellent to deal with and provide top notch service. I highly recommend their services.
