Dr. Olanrewaju (Lanre) Olabamiji and his medical administrative staff are exceptional.

This is my first online review and I’m very happy that it is for this amazing doctor.

Two months ago, I found myself seeing my previous general practitioner, Langley Emergency and Primary Care, my optometrist, and Langley Hospital. Doctors could not determine why inflammation of my eyes, throat, neck was occurring along with intense sharp head, neck, shoulder, lower back, and hip pain complimented with other muscle and joint pain throughout my body all hours of the day and night. This abrupt condition was also manifested by hot and cold chills.

Dr. Olabamiji took it very seriously. While other doctors suggested it could be various diseases or conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, mumps, or an eye infection with very little consultation, Dr. Olabamiji advised that the various symptoms are unique and that it may be a variety of issues manifesting at the same time. He said that something “sinister” is happening and that it must be examined thoroughly and immediately. After a number of urgent bloodwork at LifeLabs, the severity of my condition became obvious after test results were received. Dr. Olabamiji saw me three times within twenty days and I had a referral to a Rheumatologist with twenty-four hours.

Dr. Ali Shams, Rheumatologist, saw me within twenty hours of making my appointment. This could not have happened without the staff at Pure Care Clinic in Langley. I’m in forever grateful for the quick, caring, and professional assistance with my health.

I highly recommend this clinic and this amazing doctor. Thank you Dr. Olabamiji.

The doctors here are great! I understand working in this field isn’t easy and being asked the same questions day in day out is probably really frustrating but it would be great if the receptionists could have a bit more empathy and patience towards the patients. I don’t think being rude and hanging up on patients helps anyone in these circumstances… if you hate your job to that extent, it may be time for a change 🙂

First time usin g this walk-in clinic and was really impressed. The receptionist with glasses was friendly and welcoming. Our appointments were on time (we scheduled using the online service). My kids and I all booked appointments with Dr. Olabamiji and he was amazing. He listened intently, talked to the kids directly, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend booking here. It was the best experience we've had with the BC medical system in years.

When I arrived, the receptionist mentioned there might be about a half-hour wait, but I was pleasantly surprised to be called in after only about 10 minutes. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, even though they were clearly very busy. The doctor was great as well — he listened carefully and made me feel heard, which unfortunately hasn’t always been my experience elsewhere. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic!

Been to this clinic a couple of times with an appointment and was seen pretty quickly. My experience with the receptionists was mostly positive with 2 out of 3 being extremely kind and friendly. Dr Rekhi is a wonderful doctor that takes his time to listen to your concerns, without making you feel rushed.
My one suggestion would be to get a payment device. Cash only is a bit of a pain

No complaints. Desk staff are quick and understanding. It is a fast paced, always busy, stressful job so any prior reviews of attitude or disdain I’m inclined to believe are always due in part to the visitor.

Doctors are also great, never had any issues. They are kind and take the time to listen to your issues.

If you’ve made an appointment online, there’s no wait when you arrive — everything is right on time. Dr. Afshan Hasan is the female doctor here, and she was the first doctor I met after moving to Langley. She’s energetic, kind, and truly puts you at ease. When I see her, I feel like my concerns aren’t such a big deal after all. I really appreciate her approach and highly recommend her.

The receptionist is clearly discriminatory. I personally witnessed two elderly Chinese individuals being told that all appointments were fully booked for the day and were turned away. Moments later, a local man came in and was offered a 9:30 AM slot.
It’s hard to believe this kind of racial discrimination is happening in Canada. Truly shameful.
