This place provides exactly the treatments I need. All the staff are incredibly friendly and have professional expertise. They accurately assess the condition of my skin and help me improve it.
I was honestly shocked to see how much buildup was inside my skin!

I don’t think I can give this place enough glowing remarks. All the staff I met are kind & personable, but Yvonne was the main person I was dealing with. The place is extremely well taken care of. Yvonne took time to listen to my needs & didn’t rush me out of the door. I felt so well cared for & had zero worries that my goals were for the treatments were understood. Bonus was our wonderful chats!

Truly, from walking through the entry to seeing how the rooms are prepared, you get a sense people really care about the clinic. They definitely strive to make it as comfortable, inviting & clean as possible. Even the washroom for clients is spacious, well laid out & sparkling clean (extra plus - thoughtfully equipped for someone with mobility issues!).

Inside the treatment room for my IVs is another level experience too. This was the first I experienced such comfort while being treated for my chronic illness. Yvonne made sure I was well set up & it actually felt like I was a healing space. The bed is prepared with soft blanket, comfortable sheets & the smaller pillows allow you to properly adjust your sitting or laying position. The bed itself is adjustable (hurray for not being stuck sitting in an awkward pre-set mode!), with double soft mattress (truly, your body won’t ache if you’re in one position for hours) and what I think really enhances the treatment, a head to foot fleeced heating pad that is directly under you. I joked I was being cooked like a turkey. As I felt that toasty & the chilly rainy days outside were long forgotten about while I was in the room. No worries if you’re more sensitive to heat, the heat pad is adjustable too.

Like anywhere I’ve received my IV treatment, some days my body sensitivity & post-migraine symptoms cause things to take longer to drip. However, I never felt like I was forgotten about in the room. Nor rushed out when I had gone much longer than anticipated for my IVs. It was actually something that we did discuss the first day, as I was so impressed by the attentiveness & care given throughout the treatment. The clinic is large enough they have the ability to shift to other rooms (depending on what a client needs) to allow a treatment to finish where it was started.

For added treatment benefit, the room really has a restorative vibe. Everything from soft music playing, the monitor has a sunset with a moving ocean scene, adjustable main room light (this was sooo nice when I showed up on a post-migraine day with my light sensitivity), & lovely glowing electric candle on a cart (that also allows you room to set your tea & water next to you). There’s a beautiful rainbow light in the room (red light was offered too but I didn’t want to push my luck with the rare feeling of how good I felt when first moving off the bed to even how I was walking out the clinic). I can’t forget the guardian of the room! He absolutely adds comfort, a distraction topic & shows a bit of Yvonne’s personality - Steve the famous sloth! ❤️🦥

Truly, thank you so much for making this past week of treatments so enjoyable & relaxing. I feel like my internal battery was recharged while my body continues the work to heal itself. When the opportunity presents itself again, I would absolutely return again.

Yvonne, Ranveer, and Golda were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed and at ease. They took the time to explain everything, checked in on me throughout, and made sure I was always comfortable. The clinic is beautiful! Brand new, spotless, and equipped with the latest laser technology. I came in for tattoo removal, and so far, everything has been going really well. I truly feel like I’m in great hands. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Ranveer, Golda, and Yvonne have been an amazing team helping with my skin journey. I have seen such an improvement in my skin over the last few months. They take the time to explain and evaluate what should be done to get me to the place I would like to be and does not feel like a one size fits all solution given to everyone. When things could be changed, I feel like they care to reevaluate and find out what will work best for me.

I had a great experience getting laser hair removal here. The staff were very friendly, and even though I was really nervous, they didn’t rush the procedure. Instead, they took their time and were very detailed, which made me feel much more comfortable.

Bio-International offers many services to help you feel and look your best. I walked in to their clinic after seeing they offer hair treatment for growth. The staff was friendly and addressed my concerns. I purchased a package and after 3 treatments, I can already see the hair growth. Definitely worth checking out and the clinic is clean, bright, and welcoming!
