We got an upgraded room for our family. The room smelled like a cat litter box. The beds were made using two flat sheets so it would come apart while you sleep so you end up sleeping on the mattress protector. The front desk lady was super rude when she realized we brought our small dog. For a $30 fee per animal you would think they had enough money to then clean the rooms so they don’t smell like a litter box

We came to Tumbler for a weekend getaway and this hotel was fantastic! Super clean, comfy rooms. Breakfast included was enjoyed by all. Will definitely stay again when we return.

My husband and I decided to go to Tumbler Ridge for a little weekend get away. The room was amazing, so clean. The staff are amazing. Every time we were in the lobby on Friday night and Saturday Night the FD Agent was either busy with guests or she was cleaning in the lobby/reception area, she was very helpful as well and always smiling, so kudos to her and I just had to leave her a tip. The free breakfast was good, a lot of choices and I was happy to find Tea or Hot Chocolate as a choice for a hot drink. Was able to enjoy the hot tub as well, so relaxing and very clean. The room was awesome and so clean, again kudos to your housekeeping staff.||Thank You again to the GM Tony and all your staff.

Beautiful hotel, will probably stay there again, if the need arises. Pet friendly, our dog loved the view 😆 there is also a 100$ deposit for pets. Only downfall, the power was out, the last day, we had to climb 4 floors, twice to check out, emergency lights were also out in the stairwell , other than that... it was perfect, staff were excellent. We stayed there because I entered the Emporers Challenge, needed to soak in a hot bath after, water was plenty hot! Very quiet hotel, a comfortable bed, and had great sleep both nights.

We stayed for 5 nights in August 2024 . The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is clean,quiet and has a breakfast bar. We rode atvs during our stay so we were not in the room alot. The gym is handy and it has a hot tub. You do have to book the gym /hottub but you do get it to yourself that is nice. The hotel has a restaurant called Western steakhouse so u dont have to leave to get food also they will make you up lunches for on the trail. It also has coin operated laundry service which is handy when you get dirty while out riding. It is walking distance from all amenities. We had a great stay and we would come again.

It was a pleasant stay with my family + 1 good boi. Only issue was the defective shower diverter. About 80% of water continues to run down through the tub spout after pulling up the valve.
