Had a hat rack break at the base 8 months after purchasing and Amelia and the team replaced it for me anyway.

They also went above and beyond with an apparel rack I purchased at the same time which needed a part replaced.

Went in today for some items. The staff at the store on 3rd were great. Helpful and patient.
We had to go to the warehouse on Charles St. to pick up the order and the staff there were amazing. So friendly and helpful. It's sad but this type of service used to be the norm. Now its more of the exception than the norm.
2 thumbs up to Eddie's warehouse staff.
