I purchased a color printer from Toner Parts after exhausting all efforts to repair my previous one, which had a malfunctioning network card. Since it was beyond repair, I decided to buy a new printer from them. The team did a fantastic job installing the printer in my office and setting it up with my computer, as well as another device. Just two days later, I encountered an issue and contacted them for assistance. Their customer service was exceptional; they resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Toner Parts – thank you, Hameed, for your excellent service!

The toners they are selling last as much as 75% less than the OEM. They blamed the manufacturer of their generics for this. We've brought this up this concern with them and they provided a replacement however the replacement product isn't comparable to the OEM either. TonerParts also refuse to provide any credit or refund. We won't be doing any business with them going forward.

Just remember, printer drivers can be finicky, if you think it’s working fine, don’t do the updates!

Been using this company for a while now. Great products from name brand to generic. Never had an issue with a toner cartridge not working. Great customer service too, I placed a order for two drums when I wanted two toner cartridges and got a phone call to confirm that I actually wanted two drums before anything was shipped and got a chance to correct the order and get what I wanted. These guys ship product across the country for less than I can buy locally and do it quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for printer supplies.
