Absolutely the worst treatment by the person who works the front desk.

I’ve called repeatedly today with no answers on all numbers listed.

The doctor walked passed and I was bagging for them to see my sick children. He completely dismissed me & my children. Heartless! Why go into a profession to take care of sick people & when they are in your face walk away.

I followed their request on how to get a walk in appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE, unless you tolerate to be disrespected, time waisted and to not see a doctor.

My doctor is excellent. The office manager/staff desperately need a review.

I can NEVER connect with anyone on the phone, and the voicemail doesn't accept messages. My doctor is regularly not an option on their scheduling app, even though I know he's there. It often takes me months to book a single appointment.

I'm going to figure out if I can see my doctor at another office.

My experience with Dr. Debra Van Aggelen has been frustrating. She is dismissive, rushes appointments, and doesn’t properly address concerns. There’s a clear pattern of telling patients to book in-person follow-ups, yet no appointments are actually available. On phone appointments, she’s dismissive and rushes through the call. I’ve seen other reviews describing the same experience. It feels like a constant runaround with no real care or accountability. I’m considering filing a formal complaint, as patients deserve honesty and respect.

Please often only leaves reviews when they’re unhappy — remember the place is within the general limits of Canadian healthcare. For a walk in clinic ive visited often recently due to recent medical stuff and have found the clinic pretty convenient and helpful. They do their best and doctors are knowledgeable on the advanced research i’ve done. I’ve been seeing Payman Arab and Ali Solgi. Can get a pretty quick MSP-covered phone appointment too for prescription refills and what not, then they will send prescription to nearby or any pharmacy etc. The receiptionists aren’t magicians when most of us book appointments in advance — i see people mad at them all the time when they do their best within their options, they place is usually booked out on a given day. It’s easy to find appointments soon.

The customer service is none existent. Very robot like receptionist repeating rules with no smile. I was told my medical records are ready for pick up and to pay and pick up. Apparently they only START getting the files organize AFTER they get the money. I was so glad the fabulous doctor I had here moved to a different location. Unfortunately she moved out of province before I needed to see her again. Thankfully we have now found another fabulous doctor this time at a superbly run clinic filled with patients but the reception is always courteous and on point.

On Saturday morning , May 31, I came to the office without an appointment and was told the wait wouldn't be too long, I was called into the room rather quickly. However, after waiting in the room for about 45 minutes and noticing that Dr. Paul was only seeing patients in two different rooms and spending a very long time on his computer, I went to the receptionist to ask how much longer I would need to wait. She told me that after the current patient, he would come and see me. I waited even longer, only to find out that he had no intention of seeing me at all. After wasting over an hour of my time, I eventually left - completely ignored and upset. I have never experienced such poor treatment from a doctor. I am extremely displeased and now question his professionalism and ability to do his job.

This place is laughable. I called 20 times throughout the day (I wish I was kidding), and each time it rings so long it just kicks you off. On their phone recording it says to text or email - I did both, and no response. I'm finally annoyed enough that I go to the clinic. I walk in and there is not one person in there. Receptionist still has no explanation why she's not answering the phone. I asked her for a copy of the requisition the doctor was supposed to send the hospital after my appointment the previous week and didn't. She said she doesn't see it on my file but does see the note about it. She says there are no doctors or nurses in so she can't help me. This place should not be in business. It's pathetic.
