Dr. Porter has been my doc for over 10 years. Now as a 74 year old woman, I have had several health scares. Doc Porter has been absolutely fantastic! She must have a magic wand, since she is able to book many, many tests for me ASAP!! She takes my health very seriously and is such a knowledgeable doc… She is 100000% and I feel like the luckiest patient in the world, to have her as my Doc..She is the very best ever!

The front desk staff are very kind, calm and helpful. The registered nurse is super competent and has a warm demeanour. Dr Frankel is my GP. I don't know where I'd be without his consistent support and his willingness to treat my complex health concerns. I'm so glad I found this clinic!

I love the convenience of setting up the appointment and choosing doctor that I want. I’ve booked the same doctor for three consecutive appointments so I did not have to repeat my story and start from beginning with new doctor each time.
Doctor was very nice, informative, I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered.
My prescription was sent by the doctor to my preferred pharmacy and medication literally ready to be picked up in less than an hour.
Tia Health is great if you don’t have a family doctor and you don’t want to sit in walk in clinic for hours.

Dr Porter personally invited me to her practice 45 mins away from me for a cervical cancer screen, after I told her my concerns and wanted a female doctor. I showed up, it was closed. I was never alerted that her practice had caught fire so there was an alternate location. I arrived at the alternate location, and my appointment had been canceled by her because I was 10 minutes late, due to going to the wrong place. She was standing right in front of me, and didn’t say hello or make eye contact at all, she just told her receptionist to rebook me, in front of me. I rebooked.

At my second appointment, I was on time, but walking in exactly 3 minutes after my appointment time due to paying for parking. She had again canceled my appointment, because of being 3 minutes late. I asked to speak to her, to see if she would maybe reconsider, and the receptionist went to the back to ask if she would come out and speak to me, but the receptionist returned and told me she would not come out to speak to me, and all they could do was rebook me. I left without rebooking.

Don’t waste your time, this doctor doesn’t care.

AWFUL! The management is disgraceful. Loved our NP who no longer is there, but the staff are rude, unprofessional and inefficient

The first time they “ misplaced” ( lost) an application; this carelessness put us back 6+ months in our planning.

When we did switch to another doctor , it took them over 4 months to transfer files, even after a written request by our new care provider and a phone call from her office were made immediately!

When I realized this , I called the clinic myself and was told that the “ transfer” payment was never made, therefore they ignored all requests. No one communicated this when the requests were made.

My husband’s entire plan of care ( palliative and needing timely attention) was hugely compromised by this highly incompetent group.

It is unfortunate that the “gatekeepers/ direct contact points” to such an essential service create so many barriers and so much dissatisfaction among so many patients

I have had to switch GPs and move to another clinic due to my GP leaving this location. However, I cannot get in contact with anyone at this office to transfer my medical history. When I call, I am on hold indefinitely, and there is not general email to contact. Please help as my treatment with my new GP is somewhat on hold until this is resolved!! Please help!
