I love Dr. Latif. I’ve been his patient for years now. I do appreciate his genuine care to the patients and thoughtfulness. It used to be only call to book an appointment but now I can book via online and virtual call is helping me with my busy schedule. Appreciate the receptionists always taking care of the calls. They seemed busy most of the time. Thank you Blue water medical clinic.

I don't normally write reviews.. but I feel strongly that I should about my experience here. The reception team here is excellent, but my experience with Nurse Practitioner Yulia was very disappointing. She was often late for appointments, and I felt consistently dismissed when I shared my symptoms. Despite expressing concerns about my anemia, her response was minimal—her only suggestion was to 'eat more avocados,' rather than addressing the underlying cause. When I reported more serious symptoms, like shortness of breath and blacking out daily, she dismissed them as 'minor.' After switching to a private practice, I was able to quickly identify the root cause of my anemia. It's unfortunate that I had to seek proper care elsewhere after feeling unheard at this clinic.

Was referred to Dr. G and his practice by my fiancee and have to say it's on point!

Been going to doctors at walk-in clinics for years and the difference in quality, attentiveness, and care is obvious.

After several years I barely see Dr. G and it's mostly trainees or stand ins.
Several times prescriptions that were supposedly faxed to my pharmacy aren't confirmed and I end up having to phone back to get them to send it once more.

The times I have seen the Dr he still cares and is attentive, etc but the overall quality of the clinic has dropped.

Recently went into to see Dr. G and it was quick, informative, and easy in and out appointment.
I understand now that he does cover appointments elsewhere and so that's why he's not always able to be to the one to see you if you're under his coverage.
The staff are friendly enough and the suggested prescriptions were received by the pharmacy I use very quickly.

I got in as a new patient!!!!!
Dr. looked young but I would like have one Doctor who is not that too old for the profession and competent when I say specific "millennial" things. I know there are other downside to this but I genuinely see that she likes to know people and their ailments. She doesn't just say "what do you want, what's wrong with you?" She like to say "hi how are you" instead of just fixing you with whatever knowledge she has. I like that she shows you how she researches. I hope that she has more research knowledge that I do. I liked that she said "I will see first your old records from your clinic before I will treat you specifically with anything. maybe they over looked something, so just to be sure." We talked about my pap test that was also long overdue. my old Dr's did not bother that i was 3 years over due for that woman-test.
Receptionists, i like the Filipina. She was quick and polite even though she was on the phone a lot. She was the one who booked us in the moment there was an opening...she remembered which is very rare for a receptionist.
-1 star because it seems that there's a disconnect between the receptionist and the Dr's. probably it will grow over time but I can always just remind them what the Dr needs from me or to schedule something else.

Dr G has been my doctor 12 years . Even though I have been frustrated at times with my conditions he has always been patient and understanding with me and making sure I understand what I need to do to make my daily life better . Thank you Dr G !

Just became a new patient at this clinic and my first appointment today left a strong positive first impression. Right from the outset the front desk staff greeted me so warmly. Their genuine kindness and cheerfulness made me feel instantly at ease, a welcome departure from previous experiences where I felt on edge around receptionists. James, who assisted me, was not only incredibly helpful but also took the time to explain their procedures clearly. We even discovered a shared ethnic background, which added a personal touch to the interaction.

Dr. Rashed was also kind and thorough during his initial examination. While it's too early to judge the efficacy of his diagnostics, my experience thus far has been exceptional.

This clinic stands out as a breath of fresh air compared to others I've frequented.

I have been going to see Nurse Practitioner Yulia for years now. She is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and caring. She always respectfully addresses all our concerns which makes me feel heard after our appointments. I am grateful to have her as our family practitioner.

Update: I had another visit today and again I am at aw by how incredible the staff is there. Yulia and the front desk made my day! Great service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
