Steve has been incredibly helpful in onboarding me with a new family doctor at Fraser Street Medical. From the beginning, he was friendly, efficient, and clear in guiding me through the process. His responsiveness and professionalism made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the extra care he took to ensure everything was in order—truly top-notch service. Thank you, Steve!

Dr NGui is an absolute rockstar of a GP Doctor. Our family absolutely love him, his accurate diagnosis's. He genuinely cares and so do his medical team and front line staff. They are all remarkable hardworking people.

I had a recent cardiac scare while being in Australia. I was fit in with their cardiac specialist.

I love to take in donut or pizza to show our gratitude when being able to find a GP. I do this because I always see how friendly and caring they are to people at the counter.

During visits I sometime observe patients behaving or reacting rudely. So for all of those reviews that need to moan, groan complain and leave unfounded mean reviews. Why don't you leave and find another Medical Group? Guaranteed, your spite would turn into begging for forgiveness.

I've been a patient here for about 3 years now. Although this is definitely a busy clinic and sometimes appears understaffed, everyone who works here truly cares about the patients. The front desk staff are always helpful and kind.

The physicians are all thorough and take their time to explain your situation to you which I really appreciate. So perhaps this is why, things seem slow sometimes when we are waiting because they are always giving their current patient the best care.

Thank you everyone at Fraser Street Medical for always doing your best and putting your patients first. I'm grateful for your care.

Ridiculous service. Emailed completed PDFs to joi as it is one of the only places accepting new patients and was told I don't live close enough even though I can reach the clinic within 30 minutes and work less than 10 minutes away. All website says about joining is (B) have easy accessibility to Fraser Street Medical where coming into office will not be an issue which I do and still got rejected and have no problem getting there. They would rather reject people than actually provide their service.

I've followed my family doctor to a few places but after my phone call with reception today, I felt I had to leave a review.

A recent appointment with my family doctor left me quite uncertain about processes and timelines and the like. I didn't think of these questions until after I finished speaking with my doctor, so I've been sending emails to the clinic looking for answers. I do admit, sometimes it's hard to get someone on the phone.. for example I'll dial 2 for a callback and have to phone back again myself.

Well, today was my second time speaking with a particular gentleman who was able to clarify things and answer my questions, and honestly put me at ease when I had been feeling like I was being a bother. I guess it really depends on who you talk to but I really appreciated my interaction today so thank you!

Receptionist are really rude, even if you call them for information they sound really annoying god even asking simple question. More than 5 times they gave me wrong information for example doctor said your prescription for refill should be ready just pick it from the reception, where they forced you to book an appointment just for prescription and doctor said I already wrote it for you why did you book an appointment. Took time off from work just to attend the appointment which I didn’t need. They also lie when asked that did you said that they will say the never said that makes patients looks like they are being silly. Other times when I call for information over the phone used sounds / words to express how annoyed they were for asking just an simple question. They should be more polite and humble specially they mostly work with seniors. They were extremely rude. I try to avoid going to doctors unless I really needed just to avoid the pain of dealing with them. I am finally changing doctors. I thought it only happen to me but I heard from couple different patients it happens to them as well

This place must either fix their hours, or get more doctors available at the walk in time mentioned available. They advertise to close at 7:45 pm. And when I call to check (at approximately 3:45/4pm) they tell me that no one is available for walk in.

This has happened to others as well according to reviews I have noticed.

I have had predominantly poor experiences here since I my old GP (Dr.Tan) left. And I was passed on to other GPs available. I had no choice but to choose the best I felt from the handful available. Which honestly isn't much. One of them felt condescending. Another felt hostile. The last one seemed like they wanted everything to be over with. I understand having to be quick with patients to fit as many in as possible. But at least separate the hastiness with the patients. Otherwise it feels like you're not being cared for.
