I came in to get a form filled out for an employment and they charged 57 CAD for the forms, in the form they needed to do was take my blood pressure and heart beat. I came to them as they are my family doctor. I even had asked this other doctor and they were charging 40 CAD. This place is honestly a rip off. My honest suggestion is finding a better place to go. I am honestly going to look for a different place. The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff is horrible to deal with. This place just left a sour taste for me. It's not even about the extra $17, it's about the principal.

OMG!! I had a good time visiting there! Start from the receptionist (Kealey I think(blonde girl)) she’s super nice and kind and literally can help you with anything you need which positive energy, also I got Dr. Shahil which also super nice and funny.

I've been a client of Medisys Vancouver for many years. My first physician retired several years ago and I now see Dr. Morris Gordon. I've received wonderful care from both physicians - very experienced, excellent professionals! I recently needed to see Dr. Gordon on a medical issue. I called and I spoke to a live individual who told me that I would receive a call back soon. Within an hour, I was called and I had an appointment with Dr. Gordon for the next day. I was there at the appointed hour and was seen promptly. And my issue was dealt with to my total satisfaction. I recommend them!

I had to come here for a pre-employment medical, and it took an extremely long time, if you need one, think about 3-3.5 hours at least. The three star review is for the epic failure to mention in the booking process and appointment confirmation that the x-rays are not done at the clinic but across town, which isn’t open on Saturdays or Sundays. For someone who has come from out of town for the appointment, I would have organized my time to include and extra few hours to go and get an X-ray, because I couldn’t on the day of my appointment. They gave me a paper with other locations for x-ray with inaccurate information. The front staff only told me after o paid. A simple line in the confirmation email would have been sufficient to tell me the x-rays are done elsewhere, and the clinic is not open on the weekends, I would have planned my appointment time better, or simply gone elsewhere.

Edit: to the clinic’s credit, they refunded the x-ray part of the medical and got me a referral for the hospital in Quebec, which is greatly appreciated.

Scheduling was quick, phone calls and emails were answered/responded to in a timely fashion. Medicals were conducted in a professional and timely manner. From the front desk to the medical personnel, they all exhibited high level of professional conduct. I was even offered snacks after my examinations...I strongly recommend this Health Care Centre to all ..thank you..

I visited this clinic yesterday with my Mom for her immigration medical. Front desk staff, lab technician and Dr. Masri they were very kind and helpful. Process was very straightforward, front desk explained everything really well. Facility was clean. They also have free wifi. I was very impressed with one thing specifically that is the “payment”. They were not desperate to take the payment, never mentioned anything about the payment. They took it in the very end after everything was done. I haven’t seen this at other places yet. People take money first before providing the service. Sometimes these little things makes the big difference. Overall, very satisfied with the visit. Thank you 🙏🏽

Worst appointment service by Michaela. I made my medical check appointments with someone working at this clinic and confirmed details like date, time, and what I need to bring. I went exactly following with my appointment schedule, but they didn't book with my name. Michaela explained to me how their appointment works repeatedly more than 5 times like telling me it's my fault. Even I confirmed at least twice before I hung up. Her attitude is worst to explain the situation even that caused by them. Never apologies at the moment. I was totally fine my appointment wasn't made but the huge problem was how she delivered the situation. She also told me other patients just confirmed with their availability, however, it's not my concern and again, I confirmed my appointment twice. They had better train her do not offend their clients.

I visited the west hastings location in Vancouver for a pre employment medical exam. My appointment was at noon and I showed up 15 minutes early hoping I could get started early so I could finish early. Let's just say that hope was far fetched. The entire process ended up being less than 1 hour with all the testing. However I was there for 5 hours because after 2 of the tests were done they made me wait in the waiting room for over 3 hours to do the final testing. While the staff sat around and enjoyed lunch I was left waiting and wondering when my turn would come next. Nobody told me anything until I got fed up and had to ask the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait. There office closed at 4pm and I didn't end up leaving until 4:45pm. What a medical JOKE this office is. They clearly have no respect for people's time. I hope I never have to visit this office again. What a horrible experience.
