Went there to take my toddler for his vacines on the 30th June 2025. When we arrived there was about 5 people on drugs passed out in front of the clinic we had to walk around them. Once we got into the clinic it was great. Then when we walked out into the lobby there were 2 fentanyl addicts fighting over there doses from the government as I guess the service them in the same building. When we walked back out to the front another person on drugs blew smoke into mine and my toddlers face smiled at us and walked into the clinic. Just evil. Don't bring your children here don't do it!!

One and only place to turn to for help .
Kindhearted staff, welcoming and positive vibes and energy, there is no “ NO “ there .
I’ve always felt welcomed and and it’s my 2nd home at times of need . punctuality is their policy.
No judgmental.
Clean and tidy always . 5 floor for different needs depending on the needs , and last not least the most caring employees from security on ground floor to doctors and warm smile of ladies behind the desk giving appointment.

Managing one’s self-care routine can sometimes be overwhelming. The programs facilitated at 3Bridges are designed with the aim of engaging individuals struggling to cope with a variety of real problems. While accessibility to and dependency on these programs is relative to the individual, they can represent significant touchstones for each participant. This is why I have found the management of VAMP Aftercare (in particular) to be wholly unacceptable. At times the group would be peer (amateur) lead, or inoperative for extensive periods of time. And when staff simply don’t feel like it, scheduled meetings are cancelled altogether without any prior notice whatsoever. The method in which 3Bridges prioritizes their programming and clients does not demonstrate an understanding of their own mission, or the nature of the crisis which has plagued our community for a recent duration. VCH and their staff must be held to a higher standard than what is currently conducted at the 3Bridges facility.

I would also like to reiterate what many other reviews conclude, which is that the reception staff are very poorly trained and not able to employ fundamental standards in service when managing client expectations.

Been a client here for over a year and had to complain to management numerous times about their staff being rude, dismissive, invalidating. Where is the trauma-informed care?
Previous manager never bothered to follow up on complaints, was left hanging for months on end, new manager finally made time to meet with me last week but it's too late for reparations, the damage is done.
There is an older sounding Indian lady at the front desk who is always rude and angry and yells at me every time I've had the displeasure of getting her on the phone. There are some nice receptionists as well, but the anxiety around possibly ending up having to deal with her is enough to make me avoid calling. That's if you can even get through on the phone. Many times the phone goes unanswered for hours or days on end, and there is no way to even leave a voice message.
I've had a revolving door of healthcare providers in the short length of time that I've been a patient. There is no consistency or stability and manager admits they have a hard time keeping staff and there is a high turnover rate. I had an alert on my file for no male providers due to trauma that went ignored and I was left alone with a male student to do an unnecessary physical assessment on me at one point and I just went into freeze response at the time. Even after addressing the a few months later, I found out (through a third party) that I had been assigned to a male physician against my wishes. I had to get a disability advocate involved in order to even get management to finally respond to my complaint and all she kept saying was that the system is broken and there was no real accountability taken for how they run their facility. I was basically told there is nothing they can do about the multiple issues they have, and things will most likely not change any time soon.
I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated beyond repair. I can not in good conscience continue to be a patient at a clinic that I do not feel safe or comfortable at and I have recieved better treatment and faster care by going to walk-in clinics and utilizing virtual services.
As a PWD with severe mental health issues, my experience within this Community Health Centre and Mental Health Team system has just been horrific and abysmal. People like me are falling through the cracks and feeling forgotten about and left to rot and suffer. There has to be a better way.
