Doctor Sharareh is disrespectful, dismissive and unaware of patient's medical history. I booked to exchange my IDU (which I did with them) and after the clinic rescheduled, I had to go there just to hear she doesn't know how to do the procedure. I think she needs to go back to medical school. They got the money from my appointment from the government though. I hate this private clinic that runs people's life and health as business. They just don't care. Stay away from them.

The pharmacy takes no responsibility for the medication they dispense. They do not bother to research about what equipments should accompany the injectable and fail to provide proper storage instruction. There are better pharmacies in the neighborhood. In addition, it’s extremely difficult to reach them on the phone and most of the time they do not bother with calling you back. When you show up in the pharmacy they will tell you yeah I got your call.

Another one of many 1 star reviews. Pharmacy is disorganized , loses prescriptions, takes multiple days to fill them only after multiple follow ups. There are many, many alternative competent pharmacies nearby.

Next to impossible to communicate with this office...can't get through on the phone, can't leave a message, can't send an email. Told me to wait for a call back from the Dr. which never came, then blamed me for missing my appointment. Most disorganized and unprofessional med office I've ever seen.

So irresponsible. Don't recommend them at all. Go to London Drug's pharmacy on Robson instead.

I always get a refill early for my birth control pills cause I skip some of the pills to avoid getting my periods. I called them and explained to them that I have an advanced stage of endometriosis so I skip my periods all together because they're debilitatingly painful. I was called back and the girl said the earliest I can get my refill is on Saturday which is today. I told her I need to get them on Saturday the latest cause I only have 2 left. Guess what? They're closed for the long weekend and only open on Tuesday, meaning I have to scramble to get my pills somehow from somewhere otherwise I'll be bedridden for days.
