Fauteuil roulant en excellent état et service clientèle est au top du top! Le personnel est efficace, souriant, adorable et à l'écoute.

De plus la location pour 1 mois ne nous a coûté que 65 dollars .
Il est aussi precisé que si nous voulons commencer par de la location puis acheter ensuite le fauteuil (si besoin) l'argent qui sera dépensé en location sera déduit de l'achat.

Macdonald's Home Health Care located on West 6th Ave in Vancouver offers great customer service finding medical assistance devices. This location has two wheelchair accessible parking spaces available and is wheelchair and handicap accessible. There are many lift assist chairs, walkers, wheelchairs and many other assistance devices on display or offered.

I recently received a hospital bed, lift and tilt wheelchair. I am very happy with the equipment. The representative was awesome, he really cared about getting the best fit for my needs. The men that came to deliver the bed and lift were great ! I highly recommend Macdonald's home health care, they are a professional, respectful and carry the best quality equipment.

One-star review. McDonald's Home Care failed to provide adequate service. After accepting a service call, they left me stranded without mobility on a Friday before a weekend. Their staff's behavior was unprofessional and their actions exacerbated my existing health condition. The experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Over the three years I went to MHH for my mobility needs, I have had several instances where my servicing needs were not met, I left feeling like I was a burden or I was asking too much. I have been charged extra labor that wasn't originally quoted and when I questioned why I received an email from one of the owners saying I was straining their resources and was basically told to just accept the bill. Another time I left the store with my wheels rubbing on my clothing guards which caused a burn, because the tech didn't have time to fix it. I cannot count how many times I've had my wheels worked on to only have a flat tire shortly after. Been told parts have been ordered only to find out they haven't been two weeks later when I call to check on an ETA. I could go on.....

After another less than optimal experience which had me so frustrated I became emotional, I emailed one of the other owners who I originally began working with, detailing all of my bad experiences hoping that bringing this to light they could make improvements. I received a response where in some cases they agreed with me and acknowledged some fault by offering a refund, but instead of acknowledging that there are serious improvements to be made, at the end of the email I was told to take my business elsewhere. Which I found shocking after spending close to $30,000 in that three years and was looking to spend another $10,000.

I have never had such a bad customer experience in my life. Not all of my experience was bad at MHH, I just don't think they understand what it's like to pay a lot of money for independence and have it taken away when something you just paid for fails. What makes it worse is that they are not interested in making it right.

In some ways I'm happy this happened because I feel like my business is more appreciated a couple blocks down the street.

Tim their head tech is absolutely amazing!!! He goes the extra mile to call and check up on things and ensures any fixes to all wheelchairs are done promptly! They have no issue doing house calls and make it so much easier to get repairs and new products when you need them. We have been to most of the lower mainland mobility companies and Tim and team are by far the best. Thanks Tim for all your amazing work- you make lives better doing what you do!

Great place for mobility and home care needs and more like wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, power scooters, mattresses, PPE, and more. Parts, service, sales and rentals available. There is a pharmacy on the second floor. Onsite parking (handicap parking spot and ramp to store) and street parking. Note they have pandemic reduced hours. #letsguide #covid

My experience was a very positive one. My walker wheel was broken, and I needed to have it replaced. I phoned Regency in Burnaby and did not get a follow up phone call. I tried several other sites and spent significant time “on hold”.

I had immediate support from Macdonald’s (148 West 6th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. Attention: Virginia Nielsen. She was very prompt and efficient with her handling of my order. She had a polite and helpful phone manner and was very personable as she handled our order. Other employees were very warm and kind to ‘the elderly’ as they led us through the warehouse to customer service department. A five star experience, indeed1
