As I have just been informed, the PHSA as part of this bloated, uncaring & unaccountable 'healthcare' organization in BC is the one who is dragging its feet in regards to providing my 86 yr old mother with a life extending drug treatment which she desperately needs, this awful state of affairs which has been going on for close to one year. and what I have learned from this is that the government of David Eby treats senior citizens like they are second class citizens.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. On July 3rd, during our vacation, my son had a medical emergency. Despite paying a hefty CAD 1300, we were not seen by any physician and were only given Tylenol. After waiting for over three hours until nearly 3:00 AM, we informed the emergency nurse that we would leave due to the long delay. At that time, we were assured that a refund would be processed.

On August 16th, we were finally contacted and asked to provide proof of payment, with the promise that the refund would be issued within 7-10 days. We complied immediately and submitted all the necessary documents.

As of today, September 11th, no refund has been processed, and we have received no further updates or confirmation. This delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

Renewing your medical card in BC if you've been out of province is a horrible experience. It's impossible to deal with these entitled and useless government employees who can't execute the most basic tasks. I feel like I'm dealing with a 5-year-old with a bad attitude.

I haven’t had a general check up since 2016,Our family Dr retired only to leave Our health in LIMBO as the Province and Federal incompetents never saw this crisis coming or did they ? Our Medical Professionals are going to the US for better employment and proper wages,Our Gob prefers to support Israel with weapons instead of using those RESOURCES in our Society that is dying because of their NEGLIGENCE,try calling or book on line an appointment with a walk in CLINIC and your stress level rises,if I become an statistic OUR GOB IS TO BLAME….

I was really thoroughly impressed by how the province handled the mass vaccination! Great work and thank you. I would like to take a moment to thank all the health workers, especially those who returned from retirement to volunteer during these times!
