Arrived early to be there for a 9:00 am opening. Staff opened doors 9am. Went in, filled intake form. Waited 30 min, staff took blood pressure, went back to waiting room for another 35 min waiting for triage assessment. Then turned away due to there being no Dr. or NP in the building.

Staff were all very pleasant & kind, but it would have been more helpful to have opened the door & expressed that if anyone was there to see a dr or np, there were none on site. Would have saved us & others an hour of our time.

Intake staff were excellent and urgent care doctor was correct in diagnosis. I was quickly referred to a specialist and had a CT scan to confirm diagnosis next day and surgery scheduled. The diagnoses was expedited using urgent care compared to waiting 2 weeks to see my family doctor for an appoinment for the initial diagnosis.

This place is a mixed bag of nuts. You know how some of the nuts are delicious and sweet and some of them you spit them out as they're nasty. Our government had this brilliant idea of setting these places up as a stop Gap for their horrific mismanagement of doctors for the people and maybe the original idea was wonderful but with no one to audit and to follow up with how's this actually working? How might it be going sideways, it is at best a nice place to get first aid and at worst a place to be made further sick by being misdirected and uncared for by unseasoned professionals who don't actually understand medicine in the sublime ways professionals are capable of.

If you need first aid go, if you need a Dr., do not stop weary traveler.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact not only doctor organizations but government officials on this subject, I have concluded that it can only be one of two things; 1. ineptitude the likes of which we cannot fathom or 2. some conspiracy theory.

For this exact reason I refuse to celebrate Canada Day. What Canada? We have become a nation that shouldn't be celebrating but instead morning for the loss of fundamental institutions like excellent healthcare for each and every one of us.

Thank you to Alicia and to NP Ambrose for helping me on Saturday. I'm thankful for the compassion and care you gave me. The dosage of the medication worked, and the flare and pain is gone and my fear of a breakout has dissipated. Loads of gratitude to all at this facility. It reminds me how fortunate we are to have access to medical services.

Despite an ear infection, & slight dizziness, the RN, VED refused to let me make an appointment to come in today. They never have doctors there when I call, and rarely a nurse practioner.
As all clinics are closed today in mission and Maple Ridge, she told me to drive to an Abbotsford walk in clinic or call 911 if it's urgent, but I don't come to Mission urgent care! That doesn't make sense as they still had booking openings today.
Then she argued with me when I asked for her manager's name. No wonder this clinic has so many complaints about people being sent away, and such a low rating.

I must say though that Kim the MOA was excellent, and Candice, the RN, on another day was great too. Joel the nurse practioner was wonderful too.

Drove over an hour for my wife's appointment where they did not offer any help for her issue as discussed at prior appointment.

Wouldn't provide amy assistance at all, waste of 2+ hours of travel. Why tell a patient you can help when you can not.

No wonder you have such a low rating.

My experience was great! The triage nurse Amy took the time to answer my questions and get my details. The NP was kind and made me feel heard.

Fortunately, my needs did not include x-rays or other services available only after interminable waits at a hospital.

After flashing my medical card and filling out some paperwork, seeing a nurse took only a 10-minute wait.
