Great prices—some stuff is better priced than at the thrift stores.

Nearly always helpful, happy staff. Only ever had a problem with one, one time. But hey, everybody has an off day now and then.

Sandy's great to deal with and she really helped me out the other day. I bought a gift for a mid December birthday, ya gotta grab the item while it's there. Sandy marked it as a Christmas gift so the person had enough time to exchange or return if it didn't fit or wasn't suitable.

Went in today and bought a rice cooker. Staff greeted us when we walked in and checked in when they saw we needed help.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and in good spirits. We will definitely return.

We bought 2 things from Big Box outlet Missio. store and believe me the store manager, Sandy - she is a amazing, her skills of dealing with customer is beyond the expectations as she explains whatever you ask, calm, listens to people very carefully she's got deep knowledge of everything....wonderful person...lot of stuff is on good price...clothing, kitchen items....decorative items....

Super convenient if you're in need of something, especially clothing! However some prices are a bit high, closer to what you would normally pay in the big retail stores. You need to check back for sales and upcoming deals! Overall fun and enjoyable shopping.

Good selection, but the prices are too close to the original retail prices for a Costco overstock store. Best to go when they're having a sale or if you know the comparison prices, so you don't end up spending more than you should on the stuff they sell.
