Just got off the phone and was told this is a private clinic that is unable to do appointments or referrals to specialists.

I was under the understanding that private clinics are in contravention to the Canada Health Act.

By what legal exception is this a private clinic? What am I not understanding here?

I've been going to this clinic for 2 or 3 years. Yaay! I got a family doctor. It has been sucky for every interaction. Definitely not getting the type of service that I was expecting. ?

When I read any of the negative reviews I find it hard to believe we are going to the same clinic, where I have had nothing but positive experiences, and good care from Dr. Applewhaite.

What a caring and trustworthy group of physicians and staff. I feel extremely fortunate to be under their care. The office space is tidy snd organized and the admin. staff are great too. My primary doctor is David Butcher. I find him thoughtful and thorough, he has seen me and my family through many different situations and always done his best to help us.

I give 0 star to this clinic, just for sake of making them wake up and work on their stuff. Many negative experience, in a summary this a dysfunctional clinic, with arrogant and dismissive doctors. it is quite sad actually.

I have only had very positive experiences with all of the staff. They are caring, compassionate, efficient and positive. My physician , Dr.Applewhaite is thorough, does great follow-up, and is an intelligent communicator and physician. I am also most grateful for Sandra who administrates by going the extra mile.
