Love it here. Great "mom & pop" type restaurant. Simple food well made! The place is small, maybe 8-9 tables inside and a few outside. Gal inside is pleasent, and chef consecutively on point! We've only been for breakfast and have never been disappointed!

This is the best breakfast restaurant I have ever been to. You can get a full size breakfast for $7. I'm talking bacon eggs toast and hash browns. The portions are awesome and the food tastes great. There are free coffee refills. The the staff is very friendly and the vibe is warm and cosy. I feel like I am in my friends home having breakfast. This places gets busy quick so show up early.

A great stop for a quick bite or to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. They have a lot of menu options, and great breakfast choices. The service is wonderful and the tea selection is great as well- lots of good loose leaf options. My bagel was perfectly toasted and was enjoyed with a great cup of tea.

Great experience, wish this was closer to my home neighbourhood.

Food was clean and tasty. Definitely not heavy on the salt and oil unlike so many brunch places.

Price is very reasonable, fantastic value on the Big Breakfast (what I ordered), blows other breakfast places out of the water. Service was efficient, with very little wait for food.

Not for those who are looking for some kind of hipster "vibes" as the decor is simple but clean, just like their food 🙂

This was a quaint little stop. It’s a little cafe off of 88th, and had a small town charm to it. I would recommend giving it a try if you’re wanting a fresh lunch.

The ambiance inside is quiet. Classical music plays overhead as you enjoy a light lunch. There’s also the option of sitting outside. While nice, my wife and I opted to eat indoors, choosing to sit in a couple of comfy armchairs.

We both had the same thing: the Lux sandwich with a side of cream of broccoli soup. While my wife had hers as just smoked salmon and cream cheese, I had mine with everything. This included cucumber, lettuce, tomato and capers.

It was phenomenal! The salmon and cream cheese were made that much better being on a fresh bagel. We’ve had the bagels from this place before, and they have always been tasty. This was the first time we had lunch there, and we were not disappointed!

Give this place a try for lunch. You won’t be disappointed!

Came to this cafe today. Ordered a bagel sandwich for myself and a plain bagel with butter for my 2 young children. Total came to $14.65 and ordered to go. Proceeded to sit down because the kids wanted to eat sitting down and my child wanted jam on her bagel (every table has multiple packets of Kraft PB & J). The lady who took my order then came over and informed me the packets of jam at the table cost $0.50/each if you open them. We opened 2 - a peanut butter one and a jam one. Then it occurred to me that other customers in there eating were not informed of the additional costs of these tables stocked with packets. I asked the lady if the other customers were paying for there use of these packets and she said no - but they ordered meals. My bagel sandwich I ordered with cream cheese, eggs and bacon apparently didnt qualify nor did my childs bagel with butter that I paid $4.50 for. When I asked her why mine didnt count as a meal - she said I ordered to go and other customers tip. She proceeded to argue with me over the use of these packets and why I ordred to go and sat down as well as why I didnt tip (this is an establishment that is all over the counter service).

My first experience at a terrible establishment, I will never be back and I do not recommend anyone go to this establishment where paying customers are ripped off and treated so poorly and dicrimimated against for no apparent reason. STAY AWAY!!!

Also, for reference my children are 2 and 4 and I am very visibly pregnant with our 3rd child.

A great meal, saw that it was a "Bagel café" so I did try their bagel meal. Added hashbrowns. Great taste, not super pricey. Had Frank's hotsauce as an option. Went there at the end of the day so service as a bit in attentive as they were preparing to close up. Great meal otherwise!

We really enjoy this little cafe! The food is excellent, the owners are always welcoming and it's very cozy. And prices are comparable to fast food restaurants.
