We bought $23k worth of equipments last year. After using 6 months, the equipments are having some issues. I contacted my sales guy Vincent and explained the situation. However, he is always in hurry and did not take proper action to resolve it. He forwarded my complaint to the importer who demands money to fix it. If I knew this is how you guys deal with customers then I would buy directly from importer not from you guys. Would not recommend to deal with Vincent!!

We used to deal with other companies. VRS is not only always getting what we need at very reasonable prices, but also is open on Saturdays. That fact alone makes them the best in Vancouver. Restaurants need supplies all week. They are always pleasant and accomodating. Highly recommed.
