I had them come out to do a quote on a mini split system two toilets and a frost free tap repair and they just didn't send me a quote I called them about two weeks after and they treated me like I was dumb and told me quotes take a month sometimes a bit longer but now it's been 2 months and still no quote thanks for wasting my time very unprofessional

well 2 and a half months later finally got a reply they called but not about the quote they called because of my google review and told me I was mistaken they sent the quote out in February but that's not true either told me they had the wrong email but when they were here I told them my email and I even double checked and seen with my own eyes that it was correct either way they asked me to change my review and I agreed if they would send me the quote he said he would do it ASAP but again here I am with no quote so I still won't recommend action plumbing thanks I honestly will never call you again for services if I could leave 0 stars I would because that's what you provided me for service 0 absolutly nothing

Our A.C. broken down over the weekend and I called first thing Monday morning. They made us a priority and came out to take a look in a couple hours.
Saved us and our pets from the 40 plus degrees coming that week.

Great service!
Used Action twice so far (once for an HVAC repair and once to install a hot water tank). Appointments were booked super fast and technicians were on time, friendly, and polite. Prices were very reasonable and upfront.
We had a minor issue after the water tank installation but the team was fast to return and fix the problem without any hassle.
Won't hesitate to use them again!

We had a problem with roots infiltrating our main drainage systems and hired Action Plumbing to replace the main drain, and decommission a second drain which also required the relocating of our washer and dryer. It was a major two day job which involved a large excavation in the front of our house. Colin and Peter did a fantastic job!! We were so impressed with their professionalism, problem-solving skills and the immaculate clean-up they did for such a big job. Bart who operated the excavator was also fantastic and went above and beyond, even helping out with a small side job (without charge) when he had some down time. We also felt that Action's pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Action Plumbing is AMAZING!!! I personally use them all the time and our office (Century21 Amos Realty) as well. This time I called explaining my AC went last night....in the middle of 40 degree heat no less and they fit me in the next day in between their appointments and came to my rescue! They're prompt, affordable, and doing amazing work - I would recommend them to everyone.

I had Dave’s team do a furnace replacement for me. From the initial call to the final installation Dave and his team were very friendly and professional.

What impressed me most was the seamless installation of vent and intake. I was worried that it might go in the garage or might go through the front wall. Which would create issues around getting the drywall and insulation done and also it might have damaged the rocks/stones on the front of house. Like I said it was really impressive on how this was planned and executed and there was no cleanup, patch up etc required.

The office team was wonderful to work with. All my dealings with therm were on phone. Very friendly and professional
