Sue fry Adair - I have never gone into a therapy session with such hope to leave wanting to off myself? You should really look into your therapists and check to see if they’ve been doing this too long. This might be someone’s last hope and your “therapists” literally make them hate themselves more. One of the WORST therapists I’ve ever met. And supposedly she left and is doing her own thing? I pray she has no clientele. I’ve never hated myself more than after speaking with her. Get rid of the old and bring in the new.
