A very nice company to work with us. On time arrival and neat and tidy while working. We had Jarrett and Ryan; both were polite and answered any questions. There was a small glitch in taking out one window which was set in cement, and they were not expecting this. However, steady working at it and they were able to clean out the old window and frame and insert the new one. Nice job! Jarrett took me on a walk about after, to explain everything they installed. After they left, one would hardly believe they were here; their work areas were very clean. I highly recommend Adera Windows and Doors!

Adera & their team was amazing. Very knowledge sales person who answered our questions about windows with respect to the govt grants we had qualified for. All of the windows & sliding doors arrived exactly as discussed with no surprises. The installation team was fantastic - they worked quickly and were very professional throughout the install (took about 5 business days as we had many windows in very high / hard to reach places). They were friendly and kept our space clean as they worked which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Adera for anyone looking to upgrade windows or doors - we love our new windows, already helping keep our home cool & warm and looking great!)

We are so happy with our new sliding patio door. The process was so easy from start to finish. I had lots of communication throughout the process, and they talked about what could happen when removing the old door and that they would fix it with trim. I was fine with the new trim on the outside (I expected this) but I was slightly concerned about adding trim on the inside as none of the windows in the room have trim (although they pointed out all the doors have trim in the house, which was a fair point and made me feel better). Day of installation they said I have note here that you would prefer no trim on the inside and we will do our best to avoid it (all depends on how the original door was installed) and they were able to remove it how I hoped. They also cleaned up after themselves, inside and outside and wiped the patio door clean from any possible fingerprints. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed in the customer service, the professionalism and the overall cost was very reasonable.

Garry and his team were nothing short of excellent. He took us through the options, answered all our questions & concerns, and was invested in helping us get the right fit for our home. They replaced 12 windows and a glass sliding door, all of which open smoothly, are well insulated, and look great. The install team was on time, professional, and clean. They were well experienced in their work. Adera gave us a better price and better quality windows than others we had asked to quote. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

Adera, adera, adera... Not only are they amazing at what they do, but literally every single one of their team members are amazing to deal with. As a fellow tradesmen, I know how hard it can be to attract great workers. To see the caliber of crew Adera works with is a true testimony to their company culture, quality of service, and attention to detail.

Had new windows installed in our home, including a few tricky ones which were vast in size; remarkably happy with the team from Adera....they were prompt, professional, and we're extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
