I will only remove my review after I am compensated for the $300 that I spent to get my car released from the towing yard.

I am very disappointed in this company. The owner, Amir, towed my car that I left in their designated parking area, and I had to pay $300 to release it from the towing yard! This is not how you treat your neighbors and other members of the community in which we all live.

Please be aware that your car may be towed if you park it at this company's parking lot. This isn't right, and the owner needs to take responsibility for his actions. Amir should take a good look at himself in the mirror and realize that he's just extremely bitter and unhappy inside, and that's why he's taking out his anger on other innocent people by towing their cars for no reason.

This company is very pathetic, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Please get your medical equipment from somewhere else, because this place doesn't deserve your business.

What a great experience we had. Amir was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. We urgently needed a lot of equipment and they were able to meet all our needs. We purchased a lift chair and support bar at 1:30pm and he was able to arrange delivery and installation the same day at 3:30pm. We are very appreciative of everything Amir did for us.

A few days ago, the batteries on my electric chair died. I called the company I purchased the chair from and the earliest they could commit to replacing the batteries was weeks down the road. As a busy lawyer, I could not wait weeks. Even a few days of complete immobility would be very difficult. I then set about phoning around to other wheelchair equipment vendors but the story was always the same. Thank goodness someone then recommended Advanced Medical. I spoke with Amir and he was a breath of fresh air. Within hours, he had installed new batteries and I was mobile once again. I highly recommend Amir and Advanced Medical. Moving forward, I will use them from now on for all of my equipment needs.

Would not recommend.

Asked the owner if the scooter we rented for my Dad while he was in town worked on hills as we would be in Vancouver. Assured me it would . Scooter stopped working up first hill my Dad tried to get up and had to push him the rest of the way to get back to the hotel. Let owner know and he said he'd "look into it" charged $13 more than was quoted after the fact and no apology for renting faulty equipment .
