I needed the hose on my old Kenmore vacuum to be fixed. I went in on Wednesday, and Jesse called me Thursday morning to say that, unfortunately, he couldn't fix it, but he had found a replacement hose. I went in, and luckily, it fits and works
Great and friendly customer service!!
I recommend this business, and it's great to help out a smaller business that's been around for a long time.

Gotta say this is the best customer service I’ve received from any business in a very long time.
Exteamly kind, helpful and proactive.
I had failed to register my Miele vacuum for warranty and they registered it for me and was approved in minutes.
I expected to pay for this service and it was all covered.
Initially I was told the parts would have to be ordered and would take a week or two until the job was done. Shockingly, when I went to get the vacuum to wait for the part to come in, they had already fixed the problem with a part they had on hand.
No wait time. No hasstle. No cost. Just truly exceptional service. This business far exceeded my expectations - thank you so much !!!

I bought a refurbished machine off of them and it is amazing and totally affordable. Way better than buying a brand new thing from the big box stores. The lady who worked there was very kind in showing me how to use it and I am so grateful for their help! Thank you!

Mixed review.... 2 weeks ago i dropped off a bissel vacuum and they fixed it for free!!! 🙂 then 2 days ago i went in with a bissel steam cleaner vacuum and they told me they DONT SERVICE bISSEL VACUMES !! 🙁 So i went to AA Vacuum doctor in Nanaimo and they fixed it in an hour for less then $80. too bad dont think i will go back to this place.
