Checked in online , arrived and waited about 30 minutes. Quite a few people in the waiting room, so not bad at all. The lady that took my blood was excellent! She did a great job of distracting me from my irrational fear of needles. I barely felt the poke and have no bruising after.

Efficient and fast check-in, walk-ins were also very quick with little wait time on two occasions. Although they missed some of the tests that were requested, they were quick to remedy it. Staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Was turned away at 330 for a walkin for an important requisition. Because they said it was too close to their 430 closing time. We were sent to the Northside because they are open till 7. I would say this location should have the same hours of operation. They had a large lineup suggesting greater demand and we were in and out of the Northside location in under 5 minutes. This implies that this location greatly needs to increase their capacity.

Update: 2025-01 - The business recently changed its name to a new one.

If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend booking in advance for your lab works online to avoid waiting. Although I didn't have a prior appointment, I was accommodated after a 20-minute wait.

I miss the nurses at the hospital, this place is not very friendly at all.
And the bruising I was left with after is unbelievable, not sure if the person who took my blood knew what they were doing but I’ve never seen my arm like this or been so sore ever from blood work.

Doctor sent over requisition for blood work. Went to the lab to find out that they didn't receive it because they their fax machine has been broken for more than a month. They expected me to drive across town for the requisition.

Wait times are horrible!! Waiting room full!! Dyna life was sooo much faster and better. These services are getting worse
