Dr. Elliott has been my Dr for 15+ years or so. She is caring, knowledgable and I feel we have a great relationship. I know how lucky I am to have a GP at this time and so thankful it's her.

The Clinic has a very caring and supportive staff. Dr Eze is top notch.

However, my experience with Dr Thomas Young was discouraging and a complete waste of time. He spent literally less than 120 seconds addressing my easily resolveable concern. I had to leave without my simple problem solved. This was one of the worst three appointments in my long (over 65) life.

There was a previous Dr Young who retired about a year ago. He was always very helpful.

Dr Eze prescribed medication to my Mom who had previous Kidney issues which she has a history of.

should not have been prescribed and her answer was that she didn’t have any current kidney issues at the time. Hopefully my mother is going to be able to find a new doctor very soon.
Thank goodness she is close to a hospital that is taking good care of her. I wouldn’t recommend her as she doesn’t listen to patients .

I have had Dr Young as my GP for about 4 years, and he is by far the very best dr I’ve ever had. He is compassionate and listens well, he provides me with comprehensive medical care and treats my mental heath issues with tenderness and skilled diligent care. The staff at the office are always friendly, positive, accommodating and professionally discreet. I feel very fortunate to have these incredibly skilled professionals as my health care provider.

I am very upset with how my iud insertion went at this clinic with Dr Elliot. Now I understand that this procedure isn't supposed to be the most comfortable but it should not be one of the most painful experiences of your life. I am not overstating this, it was awful. And while I was in this pain, Dr Elliot seemed to show no empathy or concern for the discomfort I was in. She never checked in with me or paused to see if I was okay when I was clearly in a lot of pain, she refused to explain or give me warning for what she was going to do or how the procedure was going to proceed, and she repeatedly talked down to me about how my choice of a copper iud made the insertion difficult for her (her struggling with the application made it even more painful and drawn out) - even though there was no way a patient is supposed to know which is better. It felt like I was a number on a page more than I was a person. I was not being attended or listened to during this incredibly vulnerable procedure and that made it really scary to go through. While I'm thankful that my body seems to be healing well, my mental health was definitely impacted by this experience. This tarnished my first ever gyno visit and has given me a lot of trust issues when it comes to doctors. If your doctor has referred you to this clinic for an iud insertion, please look elsewhere, its not worth the pain or anxiety to risk coming here.
