I have had a repetitive neck injury for over 20 yrs, nothing gives me relief for long. I finally decided to try acupuncture. Kara was friendly, empathetic & knowledgable.. I didnt know what to expect.. I honestly couldnt believe the level of relief Ive had. It almost doesnt seem real to live pain free after so long. But I am. I will keep going back to Kara to maintain & for other ailments (endometriosis etc) bc she is a godsend & I recommend her highly, to anyone!! Best experience of my life!

Jenn is a hidden gem of a massage therapist in Langford and I am so grateful to have found her. She is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to her treatments. The location is clean, relaxing and convenient to get to, right downtown! Lots of parking available.

I've been seeing Kara Poyntz for a number of years she is very knowledgeable in Acupuncture. I've noticed a big difference with her service. She great and I won't need to ever look another Acupuncturist. I'm hocked for life

This was my first experience using RMT services. Lexi was very kind, approachable and professional. They listened to my concerns and provided answers to any questions or concerns I had. They ensured I was comfortable throughout the experience tailoring requested applied pressure to treated areas was met. I will be using Lexi for future treatments and would reccomend her services.
