I had a positive experience with my laser package initially, but my recent visit was very frustrating. I went in for a touch-up appointment after eight months, only to be told I owed a late cancellation fee from my appointment back in June- (4 months ago) something I had never been informed about. In order to proceed with my appointment, I had to clear that up first. Why didn’t they let me know about this earlier? I had to cancel my appointment the same day due to illness, and when I emailed Becky, the owner, with my concerns she responded by simply reiterated the policy and thanked me for my feedback, leaving it at that. Everyone is on a budget, and these fees add up, so it would be helpful to inform clients ahead of time if you want to ding them with charges. It feels like they don’t care about keeping clients or valuing their business. I won’t be returning, and I urge others to be cautious. I entirely understand cancellation policies but 8 months later without any prior indication? After spending 20x that amount, I felt the least that could be done would be a "first time"warning and then an indication of the policy for subsequent appointments; certainly not months and months later

Need a boost, recommend the IV drip. The experience was very relaxing and Sara is very knowledgeable and great at the IV insertion. This is a great service when you are feeling tired, or under the weather or just need to feel good. It’s been a few hours and I feel way more energy!!

From the minute I walked in until the time I walked out, I had the nicest experience. I felt so welcomed and comfortable and that they honestly appreciated my business! My comfort level was checked on multiple times and the staff are just the most pleasant. They sincerely love what they do! I’ve had a couple treatments here and I can honestly say I will be coming back for more! My dermaplaning and custom mask treatment today with Jody was amazing. The products they sell are amazing too and everyone is so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Tayler for years, and she always does a wonderful job with my eyebrow waxing, tint, and eyelash lift with tint. She is incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure every detail is perfect. My eyebrows are beautifully shaped and natural-looking, while my lashes have a gorgeous lift that opens up my eyes without the need for mascara.
