Can never get an appointment, call in or not. I have called right at 9AM and been hung up on, had to call back numerous times, and then by 930 I'm turned away. Just today I call right at 9, 904 comes around and I am denied an appointment again. "Please call right at 9AM" like I haven't been this whole time.

UPDATE: I called again 20min later to just book with my actual doctor, two weeks out (it's ALWAYS two or more weeks wait to see him), and they tell me they JUST booked up. This place is a JOKE.

Apparently I need to drive there and wait outside for 9AM now, to MAYBE see a doctor. That's extremely accommodating for everyone who CAN'T DRIVE ACROSS TOWN.

It's more convenient to perish or go to the ER than try and get an appointment here.

I Cannot express how much i appreciate all the staff in this office . For always going out of their way to be accommodating and understanding. I have been to many clinics and these girls deserve the recognition . Thanks to all the staff and of course the Doctors.

Called at 9am exactly and got in for 9:30am. If you want an appointment, call - don't walk in. It fills up fast (just cause our healthcare is in shambles) and especially fast during sick seasons. Waited about 15 minutes to see the doctor. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Doctor was professional and gave me a prescription for my cough. They sent everything over within 30 minutes. My condition had a relatively simple solution so it was fast and easy. For those with more complex conditions, go to a regular family doctor.

There should be a negative -0 star option on this. I once called that day March 03, 2025 for the same day schedule it was fully book. Then a day after i called again at exactly 09:00am for them to start answering the phone and i spoke one of the reception and asking me if i have to bookan appointment i said yes and the next words to her mouth i cant really catch up and she just hang up the phone. No patience. I kept calling and calling after 5 mins somebody answer and it was fully book again and i did addressed i am the one supposed to be have an arrangement to see a doctor but she said nobody knows whats going on. This City of Moose jaw is not a good place to raise a family period. This was happened March 04, 2025 at 09:00Am

When I came into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who was able to answer my questions thoroughly while be extremely friendly. I made my way down to the lab to get some blood work done and I was greeted again by a very helpful and friendly personnel. Although I wasn’t aware that the procedure/preference is to book online, she was incredibly kind and was able to fit me in right away. I really liked that I wasn’t made to feel like a bother being that I wasn’t aware of the procedure, we joked a little bit that it was good that I did not know the procedure because that meant that I have been healthy and not had to require any services . I recommend this clinic and their staff for their kindness and professionalism.

BEST walk-in clinic I’ve ever been to!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Truly can’t recommend it enough! It was a breath of fresh air after several other walk-in clinics I’ve been to before. It was easy to book an appointment too, as they had good availability.

Was able to get through on the phone, get an appointment that day, receptionist and nurse that took my blood pressure were great.
The doctor on the other hand was patronizing, and borderline aggressive.
I really wish I had paid more attention to his name, but I didn't think I would need to go back anytime soon, I was just there for prescription refills.
That was 2 weeks ago, then I call the pharmacy to get my new prescriptions filled, and he didn't even send any of them!
Now I have to make another trip to the clinic for something they won't do over the phone or by fax, prescription refills.
I will be sure to ask NOT for the doctor I had last time.
I don't need to be put through that stressful experience again.
That doctor.....where did they find him?
He should retire, maybe take a vacation to learn to chill out, maybe take sensitivity training.

Regularly you can make an appointment to visit a doctor on the day. It's very convenient and efficient.
