I can't express how amazing the staff are. When the first lady was giving me directions where to take my various things, I had to admit to her I had a brain injury and asked her to repeat the instructions. She radioed for assistance and I explained what I had to a worker who insisted on taking all the things to the various stations himself. His kindness meant so much.
And the cashier lady might just be the sweetest customer service person I have ever met. I mentioned how one of my dogs had passed away (as she always runs out with cookies for them) and she was so compassionate, I drove off with happy tears.
Quite the unexpected experience!

I would look elsewhere:

Do not dump wood (2x4's, blocks of wood etc.) at this business. They weigh it as garbage which even the staff seemed disappointed about.

You will also be charged for metal which should be free. They will also not pay for valuable metals.

I strongly recommend driving to another facility to save significant monies and perhaps even make some.
